I bought a pair for my husband and they were too small so I contacted there customer service about an exchange for a bigger size and they told me no problem they just wanted me to take pictures of the shoes to make sure they were in good condition and so we did and sent the pictures to them by email and they said that they looked like they were in good condition and so they told us to mail them back to them at the address that their customer service gave me and send a picture of it with the tracking number and we mailed it to them and we had it done priority mail where they had to give a signature when they got it and so we tracked it and they did receive and it was signed for and I have sent several emails - like ( 8 emails ) a and now can not get any response from them at all - and I'm sorry but this REALLY pisses me off !!!!! - I don't like wasting good money and ending up getting SCREWED !!!! thank you,, Syndee Weese
For someone with a wide foot and high instep, these are the best fit I have had so far. They are comfortable, and flexible. I haven't road tested them yet, but from walking around the house, I'm reasonably confident that they will be fine. Because of the wide toe box, they are hardly a fashion statement. I suspect that they will wear like a typical cheaper shoe, and am not expecting too much in that regard. Spend a little time in making sure that you get the fit right, if you don't do that, don't complain. They give you plenty of opportunity to do that. I would suggest buying a high quality inner sole if you are going to be doing long hikes.I would probably buy a higher quality shoe for that, but for a knock about shoe, these appear to be great.
This company is a scam! Try calling the customer support number on their ads. The number is disconnected. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before ordering and now they ghosted me and won’t return or refund their product. I’ve written many emails to no avail. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. This is a horrible product designed to look like Salomon’s. It’s a fake company and a crappy product. Avoid them like toxic waste!!!
A scam you cannot return you cannot talk to them. They want more money to return than the actual order was I have half a dozen emails telling me I’m getting a refund but this has been going on for months. I believe the emails are just bots and not even real people.
