Avoid this company

Avoid this company, the products are really poorly made. They offer a delivery service that can’t be met as the products aren’t held in the uk, so actually they take a few weeks to arrive. The sports bra on the website looks great but actually, it’s poor quality and does not work for larger busts. The actual bras are also poorly made, honestly I’ve purchased better bras for less money. I paid over £50 for 3 bras which for the quality, is pretty much a scam. Primark is high quality in comparison to what I received. Have requested a refund but now I’m concerned I won’t actually get that refund or I’ll have to jump through 100 hoops.

Waste of money - terrible quality, no returns.

Horrible quality with sizing not standard. Returns policy sucks - no returns on intimate apparel but it’s all that they sell! Email response was I should have checked the size a brought yet it was the same size I have worn for years. Thin and super bendy underwire won’t hold anything well shipped from china. Website somehow only shows 5 start trust pilot reviews not all the bad ones. Don’t buy.

Amazing design! Works perfectly under uniforms

Amazing design! I had doubts at first, but it exceeded all expectations. The delicate edging looks fragile but feels sturdy. Works perfectly under uniforms—no pinching or pulling even after long shifts.

The fabric reminds me of my expensive workout clothes. It moves with me and doesn't trap heat. Feels like modern technology instead of something designed in the 1950s.

Complete scam

Complete scam. After 15 days without news of the order I look for it the official page where it appeared « non-existent » ... after communication by mail the order appeared and I recived it 15 days later ... I was so existes I immediately put it on and went to work ... the embroidery marked my shirt, I saw no difference in the size reduction, at the end of the day the embroidery tubes me at the level of the arms under the armpit left me a red mark ... I tried one more day and I felt super uncomfortable. I tried to ask for a refund "easy and fast" as notices on the web site, but since it is underwear there are no exchanges ... very disappointed, do not waste your time and money ...

it took forever to get my order and when did receive it after they told me was list in transit so sent another one they are rubbish not a good bra or size absolutely rubbish very small

Awful!

Awful!Waited over a month for these bras from china… cheap as hell. Might as well have got them from Sheen or something. They also sent me the wrong item and one that isn’t even listed on their website. Just shit really.

Worth The Wait and Frustrations to Get your Boobs in These Bras!

I took a chance and ordered 2 black bras at the beginning of April. After 10 days or so I received a notification that delivery had “failed”. I contacted customer service and was reassured that they would investigate and rectify the problem. By the beginning of May I still hadn’t received them so requested a refund, however I was told that I because the replacements may still arrive, I could not have a refund. To say I was angry was an understatement, especially after reading other similar reviews, but chalked it up being a scam, lesson learned and moved on. Imagine my shock when they arrived last Saturday, about 6 weeks after my initial order! What I will say is that emails from customer service have been polite and have prompt. Now to the bras. They are, without exception THE most comfortable minimiser bras I have owned. Quite pretty too. What I like best is the straps are delicate but extremely comfortable and supportive and the band isn’t 3 feet wide but doesn’t ride up and the cups give good coverage but aren’t frumpy. This, as you can imagine, placed me in a dilemma as I REALLY wanted to be unimpressed, but the reverse is true! To this end, I let customer service know that a) the bras had arrived and b) what my concerns about reordering,and received a prompt and understanding reply. I have now reordered the bras in white and sincerely hope that the logistic issues have been resolved now. I can only say that from my own experience, the bras are amazing and hope they get the delivery aspects ironed out as it’s so wonderful for we big boobied ladies deserve to a have pretty, supportive, minimiser bra.

Never received my order and I've tried…

Never received my order and I've tried contacting them twice to get a refund but they refused. They said they sent me a replacement instead...like I want my money back not a replacement.
