Been asking company for my product which was ordered 4 may. They have not refund policy as good are with the courier. Rubbish communication from them. They are not answering emails now they come back as fail. Trading standers have been informed so waiting for them. Scam all day long. Do not order from them anything ever
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI normally check out reviews for online orders, but unfortunately didn’t for this company. Had I done so I would have run a mile! I ordered 2 bras which after a month have not arrived and I was refused a refund as they can only refund ‘if goods are returned’, which is obviously impossible as I’ve not received them. Even though this company is based in China this policy is illegal and contrary to UK consumer law. If goods don’t arrive after 30 days I believe they are obliged to refund you. I have instigated a chargeback request via my bank and would suggest anyone else with a similar issue does the same. I will also consider reporting to trading standards as their T&Cs are not UK compliant.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company.I ordered a bra in May I still haven’t received it now the end of August.Their customer service have stopped responding to me I am trying to get my money refunded no one answering now.i was getting the same answer for weeks we are looking into it and we can’t refund you.Don’t buy from this company that’s my advice.
Don't know where to begin. The tracking was all made up, nothing was trackable or traceable. When I contacted them they apologised and said they had expedited it. This was lies. When they arrived they were so far away from what I'd ordered I got back into them. They feigned poor English and I went round in circles. No refund they refused to send me return details. Absolutely not worth the hassle. AVOID
Ordered bras. Never arrived. Shipping never updated. E-mailed and was told we'll start a new order for you as yours is lost in transit. Weeks later still no shipping info despite asking numerous times. Kept being told "closely monitoring your order". Contacted my bank to get my money back as they said they don't do refunds.
I believe that all the good reviews on here are paid reviews, since it's either 5 stars, or 1 star. All the 1 stars are definitely real as this IS a scam. I placed an order 29 days ago and still haven't received it, they keep avoiding answering straight or refunding. And yes, it's a Chinese product. I buy online a lot and this is the first time I've fallen for a scam, so kudos to them for making everything look very legit. Hope this saves someone from spending their money.
It took ages for the bras to arrive (when ordered I figured they might not arrive or it was a scam website but I got two for £27.50 so I chanced it). They did arrive after 3 weeks. Ordered 2 bras with different sizes and both are amazing! The best fitting is 38DDD. The fabric and straps are quite thin (but soft), the back band and cups create a really flattering shape that is not restrictive or sore after a day's wear. The bra is super light and comfy and doesnt dig in. Can definitely recommend!
