Do not make the mistake of ordering anything from these people. They are a scam. The bras are cheaply sourced directly from China and the packaging doesn't even have their logo or branding on it - just a bunch of Chinese writing. The quality of the bras is shocking. It looks like something a child has crafted out of cheap material. Even if you measure yourself the bras will not fit you and minimise anything as they have promised in their social media ads. They will also not refund you (only if the product is defective they will scam you into paying shipping fees to China (this will cost £20) which does not even cover the initial costs of the bras.ITS A SCAM, AVOID AND GO TO M&S OR PRIMARK ITS BETTER THAN THIS CHEAP RUBBISH SCAM.
I had a terrible experience with this brand. I ordered my size bra - it was at least 2 sizes too small. I tried to return and they said they couldn't return bras due to hygiene. Their website says that they do returns - small print says not on bras - kicker is that they only sell bras!! I complained and they offered a free replacement but I had to pay shipping ($8) - tried to make the order work and they added an extra $15. I complained again, and they said that they can actually only cover a portion of the refund cost. They never said this at the start and tried to sneak the extra in as part of the shipping - they basically lied to me twice.
Complete scam, tracking doesn’t work, I got numerous emails saying that it was dispatched (3 emails over 1 months period) when I emailed them about it they blamed a system update.Got a refund from my bank. They are using influencer reviews for a different company - HSIA on Amazon. If you want the actual bra they are advertising, go to them. Complete scam, avoid!!
I ordered my Bras on the beginning of May. Your reviews have me worried that not only will I not receive my goods but I’ve lost my money too, not a small amount for me. I have been chasing them for a delivery date with hopefully not a scam robot, same reply waiting for information from shipping. Here’s hoping 🤷🏼♀️
I purchased two Breast Minimizer Bras – Enchante, and unfortunately, they were a waste of money. The straps were incredibly thin compared to how they appeared in the photos. While the bras technically fit, the underwire was extremely uncomfortable and left marks on my skin. I only wore them once, and since they don’t provide proper support for my breasts, I consider this purchase a loss.
