Aktiia…Life changing!

From start to finish my experience was great. The Aktiia solution is literally life changing being in control of your BP like never before. Being able to make life altering decisions due to the power of the data is ground breaking. Even my doctor was impressed by the level of data they received for me.I couldn’t recommend more highly using Aktiia!

Shocking customer support

Shocking customer support, upon contacting Aktiia regarding returning the bracelet (ticket No. 65958)I was directed to an online returns form, having filled this in over 24hrs ago I have received no contact from the company whatsoever, very poor…now over 48hrs and still no response!! Truly awful…BEWARE

Unreliable tech

Unreliable tech. Poor customer service & communication. Don’t waste your money for the risk of extensive time to correct the faulty, unreliable, and flimsy tech. I received the bracelet as a Christmas gift. It lost charge within 3 days (despite them stating full charge should last 9) and stopped recharging. My bracelet was useless within 1 week of use. Communication with customer service is laborious, and expect to wait 2-3 days for a response or an any tech advice to address your issues. After following all of their instructions established my bracelet was faulty and would be replaced. Aktiia provided return post label (with tracking) and advised the replacement would be despatched upon receipt of the faulty bracelet. Upon tracking postal status find the bracelet has been delivered. But no response from Aktiia regarding the delivery or despatch of the replacement. And despite repeated enquiries, still have no information. Aktiia where is the replacement? Or where is the refund for the purchaser of the bracelet??????!!!!!!

Customer service not responsive to return inquiry

Ordered the band with the intention to give it to my mother - only saw after ordering that it is not certified for people >65 yrs. Sent cancellation emails but no answer for 2 weeks. Only received a ticket number, but no follow up (66392). How can a startip trying to conquer. Market have such bad customer support?

No telephone support. May not take a reading for several hours during the day.

You don’t get a telephone number to contact customer support. The bracelet may not pick up a single reading over several hours, and I am not sure how accurate it is, as bracelet readings may not correspond with readings taken with a cuff.

I have high blood pressure I need to monitor it regularly this device works incredibly well. Syncs well with the iPhone holds a good charge Fits well on the wrist After a few weeks you forget it’s onOnly issue was the wristband supplied is little short so I was sent the longer wrist band and that solves that minor issue.The data reports generated are very detailed great for the GP or specialistI 100% recommend this item if you have blood pressure issues and don’t have time to measure it the traditional way.12/09/23Monitor is now broken it won’t charge up. I’ve contacted customer support absolutely no response 5 days try via social media no response. So I’m downgrading my review & can no longer recommend this product. Extremely disappointing but this is the world we live in today nobody cares they take you money & run for for hills.

It’s been over a week now I have sent 3 different emails and no one has come back to me. There is not hotline and their support email is only one way for advertising. Which they bombard you with daily.

Wouldn’t hold charge and kept losing pairing. Disgraceful for a purported medical device. After multiple resets finally seems OK
