I ordered the product and tried it for 48 hours. It gave continually high readings +10-15% against the usual cuff I use. I tried another cuff and still the same. I tried to return the product but they don't give you their address, they request you to log a return with support. I did so on 5/8 (280671 nobody got back to me) and again (238754) on 13/8. I'm still waiting for them to get in touch with a returns label, but they only give you 14 days to send it back. I would not have placed the order had I known that they would be so slippery to deal with.
I suffer from blood pressure measuring phobia. This totally gets round it because it measures while totally unaware using lights on the skin under a watch strap device. You have to calibrate monthly with supplied arm cuff device but that’s it. The rest is totally unseen measuring bliss! It has a great app. Tells you daily average bp. You know what’s affecting bp levels when changing meds etc. it’s clinically validated so trustworthy. It’s not that expensive either. Just a little more than a standard arm cuff (the more upmarket type). Very happy.
2 months after the warranty expired the Aktila branded strap stopped working. - would not charge would not do anything - Hilo offered my wife a 25% discount to buy a new one - did not offer to look at her one nor try a new charger - scandalous rip off and disastrous non existent customer service from some where in the world - steer clear !!
