it took me a long time to set up and calibrate but it stopped working after one day so now have to start again. I am not young a pensioner and spent a lot of money for not much help at all. I cant find what is wrong or the problem and there is noperson I can ask
My Aktiia blood pressure product became faulty after nearly 2 years of daily use. The customer service team at Aktiia were so friendly, prompt and professional in resolving my problem in agreeing a replacement product following an exchange of emails. Many thanks to both Klaudia and Katarina.
The Hilo Band was working fine for 4 months, then suddenly stopped syncing with my Oppo Find X8 Pro. I followed the instructions to unpair and pair it again, but nothing worked. For the past 3 days, I have been uninstalling/reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, clearing the cache, etc. I contacted support, but it appears they are using bots with nonsensical responses to reply to customer problems! I am completely dissatisfied.
