Review Time
I had trouble with the band setup and was not sure the readings were accurate enough. I contacted customer support, and they helped me on several occasions via email and also by calling me and walking me through the steps while I was on the phone. They also sent me additional emails with visuals to help me understand the process at every step of the way.
Last night the bracelet was at 89%. This morning I got a message to charge the bracelet. It is always something. Charge when unexpected, bracelet not connecting with phone, pair again. I can not go 48 hours without a time consuming problem that requires my attention.
I am using my Hilo since about one month and i really love it. Not only does it mean I don’t have to use the unwieldy cuff anymore but the fact that one reading per day is replaced by 20+ readings a day gives me a lot more confidence that I know my real blood pressure. Also very easy to wear!
Initially readings way, way off base. Initial customer support, was in fact supportive! Readings narrowed over a week or so to my TWO other BP cuffs, but still significantly higher with the Hilo, both its own cuff (closer) and the wrist band (still 10%) high. Was "elevated" to second tier tech support, whose entire response was , 10% discrepancy is good enough! Hmm. Not really for me. Going to see if I can return it.
Product seems great but I did have a faulty sensor initially and had to return it which took a while. Found customer services cumbersome with initial AI bot then email. Would be nice to be able to speak to someone on the phone.Membership extended to cover lost period which I appreciated.
I have a problem with pairing the bracelet with my mobile. The machine with the cuff is working properly. This is the second Atiia bracelet I have used, and I have the same problem. I went through all tips and advice available on your web and I contacted your customer service as well. I ve got no reply that could help me to figure out my problem with pairing.
