The device has failed to work and I recently had 6 days without any results.I have CHD and needed the data as I have to see my cardiologist.There is no after sale s service.I tried to contact the provider as I had tried all the suggestions for no service. Your device will not pair with my I phone.Are you going to contact me or is your company due run by AI ?I see there are terrible comments about your company which I failed to.see before I paid £208.
Concept is awesome. Lots of data points 24/7 both pulse and BP. The band is too light, and starting to break down. Needs to improve quality and add some aesthetics.Would like to see ability to do quick manual BP so I could check postural BP.Overall a good product needing only few minor tweaksThank you
This is a great product, it gives you analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reports on your blood pressure. Shows you when it's high and when it's lower, this can give you an insight into what is making your blood pressure too high and what factors are bringing it down. I have recommended this product to a number of my friends and all of them have said how good they think it is. I have the early "Aktiia" model which has been superseded with the "Hilo" model, so I can't comment on the latest model, only things I would say is I wish the battery on the wrist band could last a bit longer before the need to recharge and also sometimes one or two of the hourly readings don't show up for no obvious reason but this only happens very occasionally and is no great problem. My doctor loved it when I showed him the effect of the medication he had prescribed for me and how it had lowered by blood pressure significantly. If you value your health this product is money well spent!
Having put a slightly negative view on Trustpilot (14/07) because I could not find a contact telephone number for the customer services I was contacted via e:mail and the issue with my band not charging has been resolved and this morning I had a telephone call from a very nice gentleman making sure that every thing was in order. It is, and the service has been excellent.
I only just got dignosed with hight blood pressure. Which shocked me i tried wrist monitors and arm monitors. But due to being busy I wasnt getting true readings. I then quilified for Aktiia trail and started using. I have since bought one for my borther to use.Due to wear and forget nature about the band.
