Hi Mike from DUBLIN IRELAND I have been using Hilo blood pressure measurement equipment for the last couple of months. During this period I have been in contact with there back up and costumer services department. And found they give a very satisfactory service and response to my queries and concerns. Both bye return emails and bye phone.In which I found most helpful in order for a better understanding of our communication . So for me it’s 10 for communication 10 for satisfaction and 10 for A Measurement equipment system finally a 10 to ivan de la Fuente Gonzaize for his assistance and the use of conversion when dealing with a customer. To which I believe there’s no substitute many thanks
I do not use Hilo, I have never heard of it, I use the Aktiia continuous blood pressure monitor and have done so for a number of years. (I am a shareholder too.) My only complaint is I have yet to figure out how to download all the recordings and data to an Excel spreadsheet (it can only download a month at a time).
The daily and hourly tracking of my BP producing a record of my health is so helpful. I can see what influences any trends. The results are accurate as confirmed by the monthly calibration by doing a sleeve cuff BP. Early on I had a syncing problem which customer service helped me solve.
What an amazing item. Suffering with ‘white coat hypertension’ it is very difficult to obtain accurate blood pressure readings using traditional machinery. This has made life so much easier and I’m able to generate reports for my doctors to review.
