Having put a slightly negative view on Trustpilot (14/07) because I could not find a contact telephone number for the customer services I was contacted via e:mail and the issue with my band not charging has been resolved and this morning I had a telephone call from a very nice gentleman making sure that every thing was in order. It is, and the service has been excellent.
This 24/7 blood pressure monitor, is a game changer for me , I can check my blood pressure daily,weekly, or monthly depending on my body’s aches and pains and has helped me get to know my body more better. This has stopped me getting paranoid and anxious , now helping me get my life back on track . Charge bracelet every 8 to 9 days , and do cuff readings once a month or more if needed. Layout out and information on the Hilo app good. All I will say is Hilo by Aktila please sort your after sales service out , and your be on to a winner. That’s the only bad points I’ve been reading on Trustpilot . That’s the only reason I have given 4 stars . Listen to your customers and it will be the best on the market. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hi, I have high hope on this product! Otherwise, I would not buy it.Because I think I have irregular high blood pleasure. My doctor told me to buy a blood pressure monitor to check my blood pressure at home, therefore, I bought one, and I calibrated with my doctors high blood pressure monitor, my doctor approved my regular blood pressure monitor. I using it quite often. Until I found out Hilo can do it every half hour, so, I bought one, hoping I don't need to put on the regular blood pressure cuff so often. First, I found the Hilo bracelet show my blood pleasure reading very high, compared with my regular blood pressure monitor Hilo reading was 20° higher than my regular monitor! Then, I thought that was first reading. So, in a different day, I test it again, that time was 15° higher than my regular blood pressure monitor (I did both blood pressure monitor the same time). And the third time, it was 15° higher too. And the Hilo app doesn't allow me to do it with the app! Everytime, I have to do it with the Hilo cuff. This is in two weeks time frame.I still do not understand how is the membership doing? I will not continue this membership, if I do not know what is this connect with my blood pressure monitoring?
