Been about a month now and working nicely. A compare with my omron from time to time and it's within range. Tried on a few spot on my wrist including under and still getting good values. I have less values during the day but it's expected because I'm active which correlate with the instructions. It like that I can see the detail data in the report.People don't read instructions so don't realise that the home scream shows the average within a 2 hour period.Do have 1 complain, the band is barely long enough and sucks. Rubber will cause rashes and itching. We need more choice at a REASONABLE price. Thank You.
It's nice you have such an unobtrusive device to test your blood pressure so accurately and provide detailed reports if needed. I wish it would better integrate with third party applications, like Apple's Health, do that you can have a single dashboard to look at for all your stats.
First problem is accuracy. I've used the product for a month and it has returned readings close to that obtained when intialising the bracelet with the cuff. I've just re-initialised and it has detected a big change in my BP. The device is not reliable if it can't detect major changes in BP between initialisation. Update 22/9/2025. After inital teething troubles the device worked fine. The sensor has now stopped working. As others have reported the customer service is unsatisfactory. Have raised a ticket through their robot and I've received a email acknowledgement. Watch this space.
Three problems with the device. First, it gives falsely low readings, as verified against an OMRON calibrated arm cuff BP monitor. Second, you cannot press a button for it to take a reading so if you feel raised BP you cannot check. Third, it only works if you are still which means that hours will pass without a reading. Overall, a good concept but poorly executed. Waste of money. They also do not give refunds by claiming once you open it it’s a medial device, despite it not being fit for purpose and therefore I am entitled to a refund under consumer law. Other medical devices such OMRON products are refundable.
I have had my bracelet for just under 1 month. I like the fact it does not require a subscription to use it. It's not heavy to wear and it doesn't make any noise. Easy to charge and has a lengthy battery. The bracelet design could be better. It has proven to be quite accurate. It has handy features on the app. Which include medicine reminder, notes section, ability to print the data, a share information feature and much more. You are paying for the watch, charger, cuff and use of the App. The initial cost is on the pricey side, this can be achievable with the payment plan on checkout.
