Should be able to reinitialize the bracelet whenever I need to. Reason being if I change bp medication or change supplementation I should be able to rebaseline when required also I notice there too much of discrepancy from the arm band and the bracelet when the happeneds after multiple reading you should reintialize
it is very difficult to contact this company. I ordered a system for my wife prior to Christmas and unfortunately, for whatever reason, I have not received it in order to convey that message and ask for some help. I have several times reached out and asked for someone to help me. I each time get a support number and then nothing happens. I do hope it’s not a scam.
poor quality product great idea but it doesnt work very well in practice.Device is uterly inacurate (checked it with traditional nhs approved device along with the nurse in my Blood pressure clinic) it shows over 20points higher than actually is (youc an imagine panic it willc ause with some people) dont buy it i just trial it for over 2 months and its waste of money if you spend money on it!Customer service also poor asking you for microscopic numbers on your wrist monitor instead having a database where and what they sent to their customers....support will send you tons of generic emails and instructions that change nothing you get through live person if you lucky!app has some stupid pseudo Ai chat bot that will drive you insane...One star literally one of worst bp monitors i have .cheap 19 quid one is more accurate than this fancy toy .not recommended .especially when you sensitive on tracking your bp and you will get readings of 169/110 when youa actually 134/87 !!!
The device is small and comfortable but my initial calibration resulted in higher than normal blood pressure recording. The second calibration seems to have corrected the but the jury is still out until I get consistent results after the 4th or 5th calibration. The device misses many recordings throughout the day likely due to activity but the app lacks a way to force a reading like a cuff would. Also, the integration with Apple health lowers the satisfaction scores.
my Atkiia is an important and unique (so far as I can see) tool for helping me manage my own health and BP. However it is stil early days in the development of the tool - the most annoying thing is that it keeps having to be re-paired with the app in order to sync. Sometimes several times a day. I have had two replacements from Atkiia which is great customer service....but I wish it worked more reliably.
