The actual system is brilliant but I find that the strap is a problem for me as it irritates my wrist and has left a mark where it rubs the skin off. Couldn’t find any support or contact to tell them this on their website. I guess the necessity for the device outweighs the marks on my wrist.
Once set up it conviently monitors your blood pressure while you are wearing the band. It requires monthly calibration with the provided blood pressure monitor which is usually fairly straightforward. Occasionally the band disconnects from your phone but this is usually rectified with a recharge and reconnect.
Great blood pressure System The system is great you wear a band that takes your readings, right throughout the day in 2 hour slots. It will show the percentage of that day your blood pressure has been in its target range. It will give you your average resting heart rate. And a day and night average blood pressure reading, which you need to log your sleep times to work all this out. There is a cuff that then regulates the readings that takes your blood pressure. It’s an amazing way to monitor your blood pressure to see what daily life challenges changes your reading's. The only little suggestion I would make is if like me I’ve been wearing it 24/7 is to think of a different material band that doesn’t Irritate your skin.
