- I got no feedback at all when I write…

- I got no feedback at all when I write an email (I have written 2 emais so far). I fear that in case of real needs (e.g. warranty)- the calculated pressure seems not to be as precise as expected. Not sure if the device work well or if it is due to the tolerance range, which is quite wide from my point of view.- I do not like that the App does not work without internet connection.

Good product but annoying it misses some readings due to activity also get 5/6 days max battery life not 9 as advertised

Everything is good, but I would improve some things. 1. I would constantly look for a state of rest and 5 minutes after it began, I would take 3 pressure measurements with an interval of 2 minutes. The average value will be true... 2. I would create a strap with perforations so that the hand does not sweat. fabric or metal strap. An example would be Apple Watch straps...

Love the app and device

Love the app and device, it would be good to be able to force a reading, it keeps having long breaks between readings. I have tried several different strap lengths etc

Don’t buy! Simply appalling customer service!

Simply appalling customer service!! Just check out Aktiia’s Facebook page to see all the exasperated customers who have got no reply or help from customer services to fix broken, malfunctioning or simply not working devices. I want to return my device within the 14 day return period but have had no response … as a result, I recommend you do not buy this device!
