I get the feeling the company is struggling. I've been wearing my band for almost 2 years with good results, however the strap has failed for the second time.I sent an email to support, I get no case number or any reply. ***Edit***I have submitted another ticket for the strap on the 15th Nov, ticket number 109979. I also submitted a ticket on the 17th of November for a Bluetooth issue with android 14, number 110488. I have had no reply. The device is now worthless as it doesn't seem to work with my phone.Poor service - I am looking for a replacement from another company.

Original review date: 27/11/2023The cuff never worked right out of the box (wouldn't power on, even after days of being plugged in to charge,also tried with different adaptors) and after trying to contact their support a number of times all I've gotten back is one automated response (ticket number: 108889).If I don't hear back from them soon I'm just going to request a charge back from my bank and throw the product in the bin.Update 31/01/2024:The short version is, that nearly 3 months later they still haven't sent me a replacement cuff; I don't know if its because they're super busy or incompetent, but the customer service has been nothing else but shocking.Replies take weeks, when they do reply they ask for information I've already given them (delay tactic?) or spout BS apologising and promising an internal investigation (this happened at the start but nothing changed afterwards). When they finally believed me that the cuff didn't work, they sent me a postage label that didn't work so I had to pay for the return post myself.That was almost 3 weeks ago but I'm told they're still waiting for confirmation that their delivery team received the returned cuff, even though I sent it by registered post so I can see that it was delivered.I really want to try the product so I haven't requested a charge back from my bank yet, but not sure how much longer I can hold out hope!
Had my device for 10 months and been really pleased with the device accuracy and the assurance it has provided me. Recently the charger failed and I emailed Aktiia support thinking that a replacement would be sent promptly as it is still in Warranty. But nothing! (Other than a useless auto reply email) I'm not even sure if they have any staff in their support function. I have not bought one yet, but the number of reviews with a comment about poor customer service from Aktiia is staggering and really off-putting. Marketing based companies are poor to deal with. Really poor administration it seems and lame responses to so many Aktiia customers reporting lack of resins to queries. Very irresponsible attitude and a very expensive product. You would think that you could afford some staff and respond to your customers straight away, instead of the same response over and over again in Trustpilot replies.Dear --------- , we understand your frustration with the delayed response from our support team. It is merely repeating the same indifference to the lack of response by the company to customers that have experienced problems with the product and are trying to get a response. Dealing with any company a customer with a problem product needs a resolution straight away and not the same inane remarks from Aktiia. They need to employ more staff and stop making excuses that are meaningless like, " Please provide us with your ticket number as we like to provide individualised solutions", when so many customers are telling them in these reviews that they are not getting responses. Aktiia need some common sense and leadership onboard.
Poor customer service.The BP monitor works great and is very accurate.However mine suddenly stopped charging, and does not work. I have emailed Akiita serveral times as the device is clearly still under warranty. No reply. Hence only 3 stars. Device is less than eight months old, stopped pairing and syncing to my phone. I followed all the FAQ's and online guidance and the problem persists.I emailed the support desk and have had no response. For a device that is priced as this is the support customer support is awful.I would never have bought this device if had know how this company treats its customers.Do not buy this device if you need to depend in it.UPDATE: I have been asked to share my support ticket number with no obvious ability to reply to Aktiia’s request, also their support email service never issued me a ticket number. Well done guys, your support process makes it impossible to actually get any support.The invoice number for the purchase of my bracelet is INVCH000005176, which shows the item was bought in March by my wife as a present. But even armed with this I suspect Aktiia will do absolutely nothing.
