Tried to pair the device, however never received the email verification to confirm my account, thus the device was inoperable. Tried to get support, after 24 hours I was told they’d need to escalate it to the relevant team. Concerned with lack of urgency and resources within tech support so returning the device .Edit - Aktiia’s response to my review was.. a standard worded response asking for a ticket number which was never issued. Companies need to be smarter with their AI responses as it shows their lack of understanding of true customer service.
Saw this item pop up on social media. Liked the idea of wear and forget as opposed to having to keep on attaching a monitor to yourself to check the blood pressure. It’s helping me to make slight adjustments to my daily lifestyle. Must say I think that it’s a brilliant piece of technology.
