Review Time
This is a good idea and it worked well for a couple of months but now I have connection issues and I've lost all my data. It's quite expensive and no use to me at the moment and technical help is very laggy takes a long time to come back and often ask the same things again. I hope I sort out my issues otherwise will want my money back ASAP
Product worked well for a few weeks, then wrist sensor stopped working, looks like inside swollen and forcing device apart. Raised a ticket online (they don’t give a ticket number so very hard to follow up when they later ask for one). Had one email saying they are busy and will respond as quick as they can. Also raised on Facebook, same vague excuse. Now SIX WEEKS from my initial warranty query, and no support, shocking customer support.P.S. Finally after 8 weeks they agreed to send me a replacement wrist sensor, which is so far working fine.
My Consultant suggested I buy an Aktiia - he has one himself as he has BP problems. I have done so and the only problem I have found is with the strap. There are two ‘stays’ to hold the excess strap - one fixed and the other moveable. The moveable one doesn’t stay where I put it, resulting in the spare strap catching on things as I go about my daily life.It is very irritating and I thought you should have this information, in the hope the future design/material can be improved.Judith Holloway (Mrs)
I have been asking for a response to a failing wrist band and I have not had replies to 10 email requests every weekI received the first customer service reply 3 July and replied but there is no ticket open .
