I ordered a yeezus table on April 2024 for my friends birthday which was on july and expected it maximum a week or two after his birthday which I was fine with. I attempted to email them many times throughout those months about an update on the shipping in which all of them were ignored. But then after waiting till beginning of september (5 months later) I grew impatient and was extremely disappointed with the service. I requested an immediate refund to which they replied and accepted. After a week I emailed them again asking for an update to which they ignored. After another week I asked them for an update again and they replied saying that there was an issue in shopify and it couldnt process the refund but will fix it and send the refund back as soon as possible. Unsurprisingly, no refund has been sent back and they have just been ignoring all my countless emails. If needed my order number is #5492 and it was 329$. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this sketchy business as they will just ignore all your emails and am so baffled in how they have this much popularity. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Probably the biggest scam of a company. I ordered the Tyler, The Creator. Call me if you get lost mirror And did not get anything or hear anything. At the third week I emailed asking about the package and I was told that the Mirrors will be finished and shipped out early in the week. I did not receive any tracking info or anything the whole week so I emailed them again the next week and was told that The mirror will be shipped the next day. Four days went by and still nothing thank God I was able to contact my credit card company and get a refund.
HIPHOPPHEAVEN is my favor brand when it comes to anything music related or anything in general! He has a real good eye for unique things. When I first came up on his page it was filled amazing Kanye collectibles and cool furniture for your room. I recently bought the beanbag chair and the quality is insane! And when I had a question about the actual product I sent him a DM and replied RIGHT AWAY! There’s a reason he sells out within minutes and will delve purchasing soon
