Review Time
I ordered a graduation bear, and like many others, it still hasn't arrived. I emailed about the lack of updates and was told there were delays, but it would ship soon. I was offered a refund but chose to wait since it was a gift. An update email stated that all orders had shipped, but weeks passed with no updates or tracking information. I contacted them multiple times with no response. I tried emailing from a different account and got a prompt reply, but when I inquired about the bears, I received no response. All I want is my tracking number. Don't buy from them; save your money and avoid getting scammed.
I ordered a custom Yeezus table from HipHop HeavenSupply on December 26th, 2024. The product page said shipping would take 1–3 weeks, so I was patient. A month later, on January 25th, I reached out for an update. They replied on January 26th, saying it would ship the next day (Monday morning).I didn’t get any shipping info until February 6th, and when I checked, the tracking still said “label created, awaiting item” – and it’s been stuck like that ever since. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking for updates, and more recently, I asked for a refund, but I haven’t heard back from them at all.It’s super frustrating that there’s no communication, and I’m still waiting for some kind of response or refund. My order number is H21405.
Pre-Ordered a Ye Grad Bear on January 1st 2025 with notification it would be a 6-8 week delivery time frame. It is not July 9th, or 27 weeks after the fact and I have not received a single thing. It was also notated updates would be given throughout the 6-8 week process and no communication was given. During this time I was given one update that the order would ship "soon" and a tracking number in May that turned out to be fake. Nothing has ever shipped and when I requested a refund I have been ignored. This company is scamming. Although $100 is not a lot of money, it is still my money and so much time has been involved. I will not be purchasing anything from this company and highly advise to not purchase. If you were part of the Ye Grad Bear pre-order, let me know so we can continue with a class action suit.Edit: 7-9-25 the owner refunded me via PayPal. He states he will still send me a Grad Bear as a measure of good faith. If he does I will remove this post. We shall see if he hold his word. Update: 7-25-25 - owner never sent the bear as promised as a measure of good faith. Thus, rating still stands.
I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered a T,tC mirror in May of this year. I was being patient, had post notifications on for their Instagram to make sure I knew when it would be shipped, constantly watching “shipping out orders!” stories go up all while the status of mine never changed. Months go by, so I reach out to customer service. They say I should’ve gotten it by now, and they would check on it and make sure they got it out to me. I asked if they could change the color way of it as well since it hadn’t been shipped yet, and they said it was totally fine to do so. They tell me it should be shipped by the end of the week. A few days go by, no updates!! No emails from the support either. I have to reach out again, and they say I will get a tracking number. Guess what, I didn’t! A few more days later, I explain my frustrations and threaten to take legal action and ONLY THEN do I get proper information about the status of my mirror. FINALLY I get the package and I am so excited to open it. When I do, the first thing I realize is that it is not a different color like they said they would send me. I was willing to get past that because so was sick of dealing with support. Upon further inspection, the mirror was super poor quality. Patches of missing epoxy, scratches and bubbles all over the mirror, no words on it (which was not advertised), uneven edges (the top looked like a slope, it was 1” difference from one side to the other), and the back of the mirror where you hang it up was falling off. I reached out again, and they said that the mirrors are handmade so that’s why it looks like that. That is no excuse for the quality I received, if i knew it would’ve come like that I would’ve made it myself!! I reached out again and THANKFULLY got a refund, which I basically had to threaten legal action again for, and was given a false sense of hope from the owner about how “the mirror should have never even made it past quality check” and he would send me a free mirror because of all the trouble. He even sent me videos of the mirror I was supposed to get before he would “ship it” to me. Guess what, no updates or anything! I got my money back so that’s why I’m not making a big deal out of that last part, but this company will not ship your product, give you a false sense of hope that they will once you reach out, and then not do anything about it until you threaten legal action against them. I went through so much hassle for a $250 mirror and what I received was terrible. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. PLEASE do not buy from them.
I got scammed, i ordered a call me if you get lost mirror back in dicember 2024, i waited, and waited to my order to arrive, i tried a million times contacting with the shop, i recived the same plain answer everytime, i got tired and i asked the shop to be honest and tell me if i got scammed, i didnt get any answer and now no matter how many mails i sent iwont get a response, i consider that 200$ as lost, :(, i tried to be as kind, respectful and comprehensive as posible but here i am with 200$ less and no mirror, this is the second time i post about this because the first one i got contacte with the promise i would get my mirror but same situation, a lot of false promises that never came true now here i am with 200$ less and no mirror, do not buy in this store
The worst experience ever, ordered a Nostalgia Ultra keychain, and it took it from August just for it not to even show up. I had to constantly email them to make sure I heard something and sometimes they’ll never respond almost as if their emails are automated or something. I had to contact USPS to see where my package was just to find out it wasn’t in my address and actually in a different name… horrible service.
Ordered a poster two months and there has been no updates on shipping. Literally can’t recommend buying to anyone with that in mind!! I don’t think it’s a total scam, but you shouldn’t have to follow up to get your items. OK UPDATE: Company said they would ship out the poster, if I took down the review. I would have taken down the review if I got the poster, but I never receieved it. Like, how ya'll gonna be reading every review, but not ensuring your customers get their item? Literal scam. DO NOT BUY!!!
