If I could give this zero stars I would. It’s been over a year since I ordered the Drake skateboard deck and I never got anything. “Shipped” but I never got a tracking number. I asked for a refund and I didn’t even get that. They told me they would process it, but I never got anything. AND THEYRE ALWAYS DROPPING NEW ITEMS. SCAMMERS. They be deleting reviews and making fake ones 😂 when they get a bad review, surprisingly two or three “customers” appear out of no where with “good experiences 5 star experiences”.
I had placed an order on November 19, 2023 for the Drake skate decks. He constantly posted on his story saying orders were getting shipped out yet I never got a tracking number. Over the past 8 months I have reached out the them MULTIPLE times, not only on Instagram but through email too for an update on my order. I even asked for a refund if they couldn’t fulfill my order and they’ve responded only a total of 2 these past 8 months making false promises that my order will be shipped out. Hiphopheaven is a scam, they keep coming out with new products but can’t take the time to ship out orders from past products. I haven’t commented on multiple posts in which they just delete my comments and others too. I know I’m not the only one as I have reached out to other customers who have had the same if not worse experiences than me. I urge you not to buy from him, it is a scam and you will never get your order.
I sent emails and messages on their insta accounts but I never received a response and to this day I still have not received a Tyler, the creator mirror that I ordered on July 29, 2023 (order #3179) I have had no refund. Since I live in France I will take legal action against them. The first review I put, they told me to contact them again which I did but they didn't respond.Anyone else for a group complaint?
DO NOT BUYI ordered a Lil Uzi Vert Pink Tape flag and two other posters on July 2nd of last year… it’s been almost a year (written on June 17) with no update and I have emailed them multiple times with no response, as well as reached out to their Instagram account. The website seems to be a scam and I don’t think I’m ever getting my items. They are probably just going to respond with an automated message pretending like they are going to help me with my order, and then continue to ignore me for eternity. Don’t fall for this BS.
