Scam, to be avoided

I made the mistake of ignoring the numerous negative reviews, and I regret it. I ordered an item at the end of August, paid an expensive international shipping fee, and waited patiently for the 5-week delivery timeframe. After 6–7 weeks with no updates, I contacted them, and they assured me they were handling it. That was clearly not true.Another month passed with no news, and my follow-up emails went unanswered for weeks. Eventually, they admitted the item was no longer available and promised to find a solution. It has been weeks, and I still have no response.I will never see my money again. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This is a scam

This is a scam They do not give you what you ordered, You will not get your product. They will not give you a refund. Only way you might get one is if you write a bad review. They will then beg you in an email to remove the review. They will say if you remove the review, You will get your refund. Scam, Do not give them your money.

I ordered a DRFL poster and never…

I ordered a DRFL poster and never received it. I gave a bad review and was messaged after asking to remove it and i got sent a fake refund receipt and never got my refund. thankfully it wasn’t that much money but still money I’m out. would not recommend buying from here ever. This was December of 2023 just can’t date it that far back.

Graduation Beanbag First Shipped to Wrong Address Then Promised Re-shipping Never Happened

Placed my order #H21176 which was the bean bag initially on 1st Dec 2024, and the address is supposed to be in West London, UK. On 10th Jan 2025 they updated the international tracking number, however, on 15th Jan my order ended up being delivered to Blackpool which is in northern England and it’s hundreds miles away from the original address. So I sent them an email on 15th Jan stating the issue, on 17th they asked for the original tracking number and on 22th they replied saying they will have another one shipping out to me. But nothing arrived so far at all.In February I sent them several emails asking for the update and HipHop Heaven kept saying the bean bag had been shipped out but please expect longer time due to international shipping. The last time they replied was 6th Feb 20205. I waited until March and still nothing so I sent another email asking for either an update or a refund, but they just stopped replying to email since then??? On 17th and 22th March I sent them 2 more emails asking for an update but still nothing.Overall, it’s a terribly long and frustrating experience dealing with them. They seem to make cool products but I never got to have the actual thing. And their company definitely needs to work on their customer service efficiency and the posting service. How could a package clearly instructed to send to London ended up in the other side of the country?? And a promised re-shipment is never going to happen? And the customer service just stopped responding? Just terrible …Update to my previous review. No one contacted me still after a loads of emails asking for an update. So I finally asked for a refund on 10th May in a new email loop, but no one from their company reached out to me. I’m let to believe that this company is a total scam.

Awful Experience

follow up to my last review where the owner replied to my review after which i got in contact with him and got promised that it would be taken care of asap but same as last time the order hasn’t gone any further than receiving a tracking link that has the same status for x time. As well as not replying to emails, phone calls or text messages, think twice before ordering from this website.

Order never came and missed Christmas

I ordered a Kirby MF Doom plushie hoping it could be a good Christmas present since it’s a really cool product and idea. I placed this order on 11/13. After not receiving any updates on my order for a few weeks, I reached out via instagram and HHH responded that they had created a shipping label and they were hoping to get the order out soon. That was the last I heard from them. I reached out multiple times a week leading up to Christmas via both the instagram and email but I have received no updates. I would love to receive a response from them so I could maybe still give this as a late gift. It’s really disappointing I wasn’t able to give this as a Christmas present and that I wasn’t able to reach anyone despite them being active on instagram. EDIT: I finally received my order on 1/13 two months after ordering and a month and a half after their expected delivery. The plush pillow is very cool, but they sent the incorrect item. I ordered an MF Doom Kirby and they sent an MF Doom Boo plush. I’ll be leaving the 1 star review as dealing with this company was extremely frustrating and despite their cool products I would not purchase from them again.

Scam company. I purchased a book and I never received it. I contacted the company several times and no one ever responded. They are thieves.

Didnt get order after 5 months!

Ordered start of july. Still didnt receive my order as of November 7th. Owner stopped answering me on their Instagram after about 4 months. Before that they were very nice though. I also tried to reach out through email, but got ignored aswell unfortunately. Asking for a refund didnt get me any further either. Wouldnt recommend obviously.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, been waiting for pillows since March 2024, it’s now October and haven’t received anything, their support team sucks and never reply you literally have to spam them in order to get a message and even that isn’t guaranteed to work. Not to mention when they finally reply there’s no type of help that’s given and they just tell you some random lie. About two weeks ago they finally replied canceling my order and saying they issued my refund claiming it to take 2-3 business days for the refund to hit yet two weeks later I still haven’t received anything. Not sure how you can have a successful business with this type of service. Honestly not worth the risk ordering from this site as you’re not guaranteed to receive your items or even receive any support if you’re having issues. You’re better off saving your money unfortunately
