I've been waiting for months for a pillow. I requested a refund, but the owner went completely silent. I received a tracking number in August, and it finally updated today, so I thought I might actually get my pillow, but guess what? I was given a random tracking number that didn't lead to my order. I even checked the website and saw they raised the price from $40 to $45, as if they needed to scam that extra $5 too. This service is a joke.

The seller did finally issue a refund, but it took a lot of effort. They did offer a free reship, which was nice.

UPDATE: Received a new tracking number, but still no item. I disputed the charge with my bank and am waiting for my refund.

They take your money, delay for weeks, and hope you give up. I have kept all emails and screenshots, so don't even try to deny it. Stay far away; it's a complete waste of time, energy, and money.
