This was my third order on the site in the past year, and I must say, I’m thrilled with my experience! My collection is slowly growing, and I’m extremely happy with every purchase I’ve made.The only minor issue I encountered was when I received the Travis pillow instead of the Ye pillow. However, the team was incredibly responsive and promptly shipped me a replacement the next day. Their kindness and promptness have made my experience truly exceptional.

Placed my order # H22571 of “Call Me If You Get Lost Mirror” from hip hop haven on July 5, 2025. I have emailed them several times for status, they didn’t reply for over a month and a half. About 2 weeks ago, I received an email response stating that order will be shipped before Wednesday of that week. Received USPS tracking number but status has not changed for 2 weeks now, it still shows “label created”I have reached out numerous times to hip hop haven to find out what’s going on with my order and asked to just refund me the mirror I ordered which cost $199.10! Crickets! No response from hip hop haven since then.If I don’t hear back from hip hop haven by this week, either to get the mirror on an expedited shipping OR refund me what I paid for, I will report this website to the Better Business Bureau! Hip hop haven is a scam! A bogus site! Who just takes money from customers. Very bad business!
On the 1st of July I placed an order for two keychains, despite all rhe negative reviews and feedback (don’t be like me and run from this seller) two weeks go by with no updates or tracking details, so I decided to send them and email asking if there’s an update, within hours I get an email notification saying that my order was shipped (2weeks after the initial order, yikes) so I’m thinking “right maybe they were just making the keychain etc. another week goes by with no updates, so I followed up on email asking for update, and I get a response saying that my order will be shipped the next day which was july 23 (weird because I thought my order was shipped on the 13th? 🤔) couple more days go by and I followed up on the email asking for a refund, to which I get no response (funny isn’t it?) I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and I encourage you to do the same
BEWARE OF ORDERING ON THIS SITE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS AND LOSE YOUR MONEYThis is really annoying to write a review again, but I'm really disappointed of this service.I ordered since early June and this has been a far beyond stressful and awful experience. The idea was to receive my package in mid July, and it's November 20 as I write this review that I haven't received my order. I write constantly to check the shipping status and I get replies from an AI agent without any mailing link or so. I wrote a review a couple months ago and was immediately reached out by them saying they were sorry and that they were sending the order plus a partial refund, yet I never received that refund and the order was incomplete, they sent one card when there were plushies and other things. I'm honestly assuming at this point that my money is gone, scammed, and really disapointed of this cool idea for Hip Hop, really a shame.
