I've ordered a bean bag in January. Now it's May and whilst the page boasts about their products on stories and shares new items, its owner fails to deliver products worth well over $300. It's been a terrible shopping experience and I highly caution everybody - DO NOT BUY A THING FROM HIM. Though the products look nice, this page is nothing but a scam as said in the other comments. I've reached out numerous times on all available support platforms but to no avail, all complaints are actively ignored. He's responded to me twice and failed to follow up on his words. My order hasn't changed status for 4 months. Again, DON'T SCAM YOURSELF BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU'LL RECEIVE NOTHING. UPDATE (7th July 24) I received my beanbag after much delay and stress, but am yet to receive the rest of my order. It seems the owner intends on delaying the shipment of your orders until you threaten to sue or write a bad review. If you intend on buying from the website, expect to be treated like a nuisance - never experienced any customer treatment like it.UPDATE #2 (22nd August 25): The owner flagged my review as 'containing defamatory comments'- kudos to Trustpilot for not falling for this and you all be warned again! The abundant one star comments are UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS who often HAVE BEEN SCAMMED! The owner tries to resolve this by flagging honest reviews instead of making the customers happy through refunding their orders - goes to show how he operates!
This store is 100% run by a scammer.I placed an order (#4614) for the Kanye bean bag back in January (costed $225 with shipping) and never got it. I sent an email in late April asking for a refund, which I got a same day response saying that I would receive one within 10 days. My order was cancelled, but 10 days later I had no refund. 15 days later I sent another email asking what was going on, and the response this time was that the owner would "get in touch with Shopify." This was the last time I would hear from the store, and since then I have sent numerous emails with no reply, and even went out of my way to DM both the store's Instagram page and the owner's page (to which I obviously got no response.) It is August now and I don't have my refund nor the product I originally bought. I was supposed to get my refund over 3 months ago, but instead I have been ghosted. Worst part of all is that the owner is still making new products, posting stuff on their page and story while ignoring the emails and comments from people who just want their money back. The date of experience is the last time I received word from the store.Horrible service and store, if you bought something DO NOT expect to ever get what you ordered or your money back. It is a shame this store is still up.
I was thrilled when I saw the iconic 999 car keychain as an avid Juice WRLD fan, so even if it was $100 (it was $30) I would have still ordered it. It was my first time ordering from Hiphop Heaven, but it seemed like a reputable online company so I gave it a chance.As advertised, I received the keychain in 1-3 weeks (2 weeks) and shipping and packaging was properly done, with no damage to the product.However, the images on the purchasing webpage were misleading, since the Hot Wheels custom packaging was not sent to me which took away from collector value considering each batch only has 500 pieces, and the colors were messed up on the keychain I received, specifically on the skin tone and the jacket sleeve of Juice WRLD's arm.This would have been a 5 star review if not for that, but reaching out to customer support through their official email got my mood to improve even though I was pretty devastated at first. The owner offered me an apology and a $15 gift card for future purchases, or the packaging shipped separately, bec apparently Grade A (Juice WRLD's label) took copyright action against using Goodbye & Good Riddance cover on the packaging so they couldn't ship it out with the Hot Wheels cover.After some more conversation on the email thread, I learned that mine was from the second batch, where the manufacturing error had not been fixed for the colors. I asked if I could swap mine out for a replacement and the owner generously offered to send me the third batch version free of charge; and I could keep the second batch version I already got or give it to a friend.This is great customer service and in just 1 day after the incident everything is resolved and a customer is satisfied. Will be waiting for the fixed keychain in the coming weeks, thanks for a quick and clear response from the owner. Will be buying again when a product I am interested in is added to Hiphop Heaven's stock. :DEdit: IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS. 3 MONTHS. On May 19th, the owner told me it would be shipped to USPS and gave me a valid tracking number. Three months later, it is still at their warehouse in Pittsburgh as seen on the tracking map and HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. Flooding is not even an excuse as that is a recent trouble, but USPS has not even received it? All that happened was a tracking # being created and a pre-packaging label for when USPS receives the package from HHH. I am extremely disappointed. I am more disappointed in the fact that the owner ghosted my communication attempts rather than the late delivery time, which makes it seem even more shady like a scam. Responding to all my emails nicely then suddenly ghosting me when I sent it to the right email and I sent multiple followups. If I could give a 0 star, I would.
I love this seller’s designs but what’s the point of buying something you want if someone isn’t even gonna put in the minimum effort of a seller which is to at least ship it. I have been waiting for my Murakamye Pillow since December 3rd. I even asked this seller if my product has been shipped and at first there was a reply where it seemed like he/she would help but in the end it seemed like a lie because I started getting ghosted and I even emailed their customer support for more information and I received no reply. How the hell are you gonna have an account for customer support and have no one reply. Save your time and money, this seller is not dependable. Reply to HipHopHeaven: There was nothing wrong with the address provided, I remember the image you sent me for my order on April 19th, after I had asked for help, which showed my order number and showed my shipping address which was correct, and you say that it was marked delivered on December 29th, however on that image it showed that it was unfulfilled. You even replied as if it wasn’t delivered and you even said,”Perfect man I’ll have it packed tomorrow and send out Monday. I apologize for the wait. If you don’t get an email by Monday with the tracking info shoot me another dm and I’ll send it here”. So I waited and I received no email, so I asked again and was replied with,“I just resent over an order confirmation email, I’ll get this sent out for u tomorrow morning. I apologize for the delay.”. Then I was still dealing with not receiving any emails about tracking my order. So I had asked for help again on Instagram and received no reply until I made this review which speaks volume to me as I perceive you as someone who is only willing to help or make a change about something when you are worried about your brand being damaged by reviews by this. But no worries though I appreciate the refund but Ima leave this review up for the people to see and as a reminder. Also one last thing if you have a customer page that is no longer active I’d suggest to not leave it up on social media, can be misleading.
UPDATE:i placed a complaint here and they replied saying they would refund me or fulfill my order, just wanted to let everyone know it was a lie and they still did not respond to any of my messages via email or instagram. their fake support team on their website stopped replying aswell.
