We have arrived home from our incredible time in Peru organised by Dawn. It was a once in a lifetime, unbelievable experience from start to finish. Dawn initially explored all of our interests, before organising an out of this world trip, where all locations, activities and hotels matched our brief and were all perfect. We travelled eight different parts of this country with complete ease. This country is unbelievable, and totally underated. None of it being possible without Dawn planning the whole trip for us. Thank you so incredibly much for everything and making this trip so memorable. We wish we had 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you! ❤️
We had an opportunity to return to Sri Lanka and didn't hesitate to contact Holiday Architects to arrange our trip. We had a good idea of what we wanted from this trip and Rebecca and the HA team certainly delivered!The small boutique hotels are all amazing and the scenery breathtaking. The hotel staff are always friendly and attentive, the guides on the various tours were always excellent and good company.In our two week adventure, we trekked in the high tea country, through a rain forest. We cycled and kyaked, we saw elephants galore along with monkeys, crocodile, we even spotted a leopard!Sri Lanka has so much to offer and I'm sure we will return again. We will definitely recommend Holiday Architects to anyone looking for a truly special and unique experience where ever they choose to go.
From initial approach, through negotiation, Louise was superb. She took our initial concept based on visiting Peru and trekking to Machu Picchu and architected a very comprehensive holiday from beginning to end, that fully met our expectations and ensured we were looked after throughout. Well recommended.
HA came highly recommended from a friend, and having just had an excellent experience of a fully organised trip to Jordan we can see why. This was our first experience of a bespoke trip, we have always travelled independently and made all our own arrangements. We talked about a plan with Ian at HA, the proposed itinerary arrived the following day - no tweeks required as it ticked all our boxes. Couldn’t have been more straightforward and would highly recommend HA for every aspect of the service, the whole thing went on rails. As an aside, anyone concerned with visiting Jordan at this point in time shouldn’t worry, it is a very safe country with extremely warm and welcoming people.
Rebecca at Holiday Architects really listened to me when I described the sort of holiday I wanted. It was truly tailor made for us. We had a fabulous time on our expertly planned multi destination holiday to Morocco and all the arrangements and transfers were seamless. Charming people too - I can't recommend this company highly enough and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
What an amazing company. It is easier to share some of the post trip email I sent back to Emma, our Holiday Architect trip organiser...The trip was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for putting together such a great itinerary we really felt like we packed it in, but at the same time all the worry about moving multiple times was taken away due to the handy airport transfers at both ends and also having all the tickets purchased in advance (great seats on all the trains!). A few highlights was the first tour guide, Yoshi, who really helped orientate us on the first day and even looked ahead at our itinerary and suggested a different walking route for when we went to Kiso Valley (and he helped us buy the train and bus tickets for it!) we also loved the cycling tour in Kyoto. To be honest, there are too many highlights to list as we felt you got the mix of culture, city and anime just right. We even had a 5.0 earth quake whilst in Matsumoto so that was a first! The hotels were all fantastic, and you really got our desire for a mix of modern and then more 'traditional' Japan. The best (for me) was the hotel in the Kiso Valley and for Dan was Hotel Groove in Tokyo, which was fantastic but as I’m petrified of heights the floor to ceiling windows on 37th floor played with my vertigo!) I’ve already looked at other places you operate in, and plan to get back in touch for another big trip maybe in a few years time (we need to build the savings back up!). I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know considering a Japan trip (which is quite a few people having been inundated with our pics).

This time we traveled to Vietnam, everything about the holiday was excellent, the accommodation, the transfers, the guides, the support from the local handling agents. Lisa listened to where in Vietnam we wished to visit and planned the perfect itinerary within budget. I can’t recommend HA highly enough. Thank you Lisa for your patience and guidance.
Really impressed with the service from Holiday Architects. We came to them with some must-haves and some nice-to-haves for our Namibia holiday, and Kirsty helped us put together a perfect itinerary. She also found us some terrific accommodation options and helped us map out a good balance of self-drive and fly-in. Excellent service from the ground agents in Namibia too; we had virtually no problems, but the few that we did have were sorted quickly and cheerfullyWe usually organise our trips ourselves, but this was truly the holiday of a lifetime and too expensive to mess up. It was strange at first not to have to do anything, but we soon relaxed into it and would definitely use HA again. Really took the stress out of things
Can’t thank Fenton and everyone at Holiday Architects for organising our amazing trip to Vietnam. Nothing was too much trouble - all admin, emails and any concerns were dealt with in a timely manner, certainly within 24hrs. The personal touch had been considered throughout the trip - for us dietary requirements. I shall encourage family and friends to make use of this wonderful company!!Review if trip. Guides and Taxis - just amazing! Each taxi - on time/extremely clean, provided water and drivers so pleasant. Guides so helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to answer our questions, providing additional sites to visit and places to eat.Hotels - magnificent choices. All so different and in such good locations!! Great customer service, rooms and choice of food!Itinerary - spot on!! Everything I wanted to see and enough time at each city or place of interest. History brought to life!!WhatsApp - great that guides kept in touch with us and offered 24/7 assistance.Internal flights - checked in by guides and received assistance at the airport, made is so easy for us.Can you guess…..we had an incredible holiday and just loved it all!!!
