From our very first contact with Emma she listened carefully to what we wanted and put together a fabulous Oman holiday for us. Our expectations, and hopes, were high and our trip exceeded them. We travelled from city to town, mountain to desert, inland and on the coast, staying in a variety of hotels. The information and suggestions we were given really enhanced our time. Everything was wonderful!That said, we had a serious problem before leaving the UK (nothing to do with Holiday Architects) and had to contact the 24 hour emergency line. H.A. could not have been more responsive, helpful and proactive, and it made an enormous difference having them on our side when things had gone wrong. I cannot imagine a better trip to Oman than we had, and we owe a huge debt of gratitude to Emma for all the knowledge and expertise she brought to planning our holiday.
Ian at Holiday Architects was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. We decided on a trip to Singapore & Malaysia and were delighted with the hotels he chose and the itinerary. He was very patient with us as we changed things, and was always on hand to advise and guide. We had total confidence in him. There was a minor issue while we were away and he responded to my email very quickly. Highly recommended and we would definitely book with him/them again. Thank you Ian!!

Just back from an amazing holiday in Sri Lanka. Rebecca sorted out a fantastic itinerary so we feel we had a comprehensive trip around. Lovely boutique hotels largely in rural settings which made for a beautiful peaceful stay. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and really knew his history and importantly was always on time to pick us up. Overall, I don't think the holiday could have been better. This was our third holiday booked through Holiday Architects and we won't hesitate to use them again
Rebecca at Holiday Architects put together a wonderful trip to Sri Lanka for us. She listened carefully to everything we did and didn’t want and asked all the right questions. This resulted in a perfect itinerary right from the beginning. The holiday itself was as good as promised; an excellent driver-guide, wonderful hotels and an itinerary that delivered everything we wanted.
This was our second winter sojourn organised by Holiday Architects. Last year Malaya, this year Sri Lanka with the itinerary formalised with the patient and knowledgeable Rebecca Wood. I seriously doubt whether holidays could be better organised than these two trips. We were also fortunate to have Tony Pieris as our driver/ guide in Sri Lanka, who is a great asset to Pan Lanka the local agents. Everything worked like clockwork with diverse boutique accommodation and amazing tours of Sri Lanka’s highlights.Thank you Holiday Architects.
My wife and I have just made our third booking with Holiday Architects, heading off to Borneo in May. We had a fabulous holiday in South Africa. Catherine at Holiday Architects really listened to what we wanted to achieve in our 10 days there and planned an itinerary that was pitched perfectly for us. The hotel in Cape Town, Bed and Breakfast in Franschoek and the lodge in Amakhala were all extremely comfortable and the transfers between the three and the airports were like clockwork. We were provided with links and information to book tours and trips while we were there. We will definitely be using Holiday Architects again, the only problem will be picking the destination as there are many exciting trips to chose from!
Great holiday very well organised would highly recommend them. Guides were great knowledgable and flexible when required. Hotels were great one was not quite perfect but a quick chat with the manager and we were moved to a more suitable room without hesitation.
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka. I initially reached out to several companies for support with planning our trip and was immediately impressed by the quick and friendly response from Lisa Jankus- Scott. In the 10 days we were there Lisa managed to provide a very exciting itinerary that met all our interests and allowed for some relaxation at the end. The hotels were amazing in quality, location where the views were spectacular. In particular the support from our guide during the trip was exceptional. Good communication from Lisa from start to finish was very reassuring as was the communication from their partner company Pan Lanka during the trip. This experience has given us confidence to explore further and I would not hesitate to return to Holiday Architects in the future and I will certainly be recommending them to family and friends.
