Right from the very start Erin carefully listened to our interests and preferences and then put together an amazing itinerary. We then tailored it together so that every detail exactly met our needs. We have just returned from that wonderful 2 1/2 week trip. Everything worked like clockwork. The drivers, excursions, and hotels were all excellent exceeding our expectations. It was such a varied trip ranging from jungle immersion to five star luxury. Exactly what he hoped for! We will definitely use Holiday Architects again and highly recommend them.
Holiday Architects were amazing.Top marks go to Lisa who arranged our holiday to Capetown and the garden route. All the places we stayed were amazing and the driving directions were perfect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a great holiday.
The most amazing and memorable trip to South Africa. Catherine organised the perfect itinerary for us, listening to our requirements and booking accommodation which completely suited our needs. The attention to detail from initial phone call with Catherine, to the final documents listing detailed driving instructions, restaurant recommendations, excursion recommendations etc etc was first rate. We had an issue with the hire car on day 2, this proved no problem at all and Catherine arranged (with local ground team) to replace the car first thing the following morning. This was our second trip with Holiday Architects and I look forward to booking our third trip sometime soon!
This was our second trip to South America using Holiday Architects. Louise, their Chile expert provided ideas which built on our own research and the final itinerary was created in a collaborative way between the 3 of us. One of the most helpful suggestions was the use of Latam Airlines for the various flights.Our trip to Chile included time in Santiago, the Lake District, Chiloe Island, Patagonia and the Atacama Desert. Throughout our holiday all the arrangements went like clockwork, drivers and, specifically guides, were exemplary.To pick 2 highlights is very difficult, there were so many. Top of the list would be seeing the wildlife on the Estancia Cerro Guido in Patagonia and the stunning night sky excursion into the Atacama Desert.In all, a truly spectacular holiday to Chile. Well organised, great communication throughout, excellent ‘local agents’ providing expertise and courtesy to make everything interesting and every day a new experience. We thoroughly recommend Holiday Architects and will certainly be using them again.
We have just returned from an amazing 3 weeks in Namibia. What a beautiful country - the scenery is breathtaking and so varied. Wildlife truly amazing, the people so friendly and the food and wine far too good !! Kirsty gave us such good ideas based on her personal experience. From the first iteration she took us through different options (very patiently !) until we came to one that matched our wishes perfectly. Her suggestions of where do stay were spot on and we enjoyed some fantastic locations. The organisation of cars, outings and the brilliant detailed itinerary made the whole trip so relaxed. When (not if !) we return to Namibia we will be back in touch with Kirsty. A very big thank you to her and all the support team in Namibia for making this our best ever holiday.

Holiday Architects organised a wonderful trip for us to South Africa in January. Starting in the Cape Winelands, we travelled up the coast and along the Garden Route, covering about 1,000Km in 17days. Catherine arranged for us to stay in the most beautiful places, completely following our brief for a focus on fauna, flora, vineyards and views. Thank you for arranging the perfect holiday for us.
We are a family of five just back from 10 brilliant days in Vietnam over new year arranged by Erin at Holiday Architects. This is our third holiday with HA having also had family holidays to Oman and Namibia. Each holiday HA arranged for us has been perfect, I have explained what we like and have a brilliant itinerary presented which HA have worked to adjust to make it perfect. All the arrangements are then made and you don’t have to do a thing other than turn up at the airport and have a great time. Highly recommended.
I knew nothing about the company and contacted them just because they were based in Cheltenham. From the first contact with Erin, the planning for our holiday in Vietnam was a real co-operation between the agent and myself. All hotels were not just comfortable but had character. The visiting experiences exceeded expectation. Perhaps the outstanding experience was the support given us with organising additional visits when we were already away.
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Malaysia organised by Ian from Holiday Architects. Ian was very responsive to all our views when booking the holiday and managed to provide an amazing holiday within the budget we specified. The accommodation was all excellent especially the Eastern and Oriental Hotel in Penang, which was one of the best stays ever. The trips were well guided and all our transfers were timely. We had phone numbers to contact in case of a problem, which we used on just the one occasion when our driver was given a different time to us, but one phone call sorted this very quickly. Holiday Architects took all the stress out of travelling to 6 destinations within Malaysia and provided a memorable holiday.
