We had a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka and really appreciated the advice that Rebecca gave us to enable us to get the best from our trip. Our driver was fantastic and all our accommodation and trips were amazing. We would definitely use HA again and highly recommend them.
From the moment I contacted Emma, I knew I was in good hands, she listened and delivered and exceptional holiday for the five of us. She could not have organised a better experience for us; we had the most fantastic holiday ever. Everything worked like magic and your travel partners in Morocco were exceptional and guided us. Otamane from Travel Link was such a help and the guide Abdula who did the food and history tour was perfect.I can't thank you enough for curating such a perfect experience for us. The Riad, Oxygen Lodge, and Madada Madogor, especially, were so much better in person. I would not hesitate to recommend Holiday Architects to anyone planning a trip to Morocco.
Right from my first tentative enquiry, I felt Catherine was really listening to what we were looking for and she managed to create a perfect first visit for our family and my elderly mother to South Africa, all within our limited budget. We would definitely seek her advice again if (when) we plan to go again.
Just back from great trip to Vietnam. Holiday Architects were fantastic as we had to postpone and rework this trip several times. Fenton was really helpful, understood our (slightly odd) requirements and all his hotel suggestions for us were spot on - good locations so that we could explore easily. When we decided to go 'off piste' and make some of our own arrangements for part of the trip he was very flexible and willingly gave us the benefit of his advice and made transfer arrangements so that our own side trip fitted perfectly into the organised part of the trip. The local companies and guides used were unfailingly helpful and knowledgable. We could not fault anything. Thank you Fenton and Holiday Architects!
Were very responsive and helpful all the way through - from our initial enquiry to following up after the holiday. Emma was very knowledgeable about Oman, listened carefully to what we thought we wanted to do and put together a great itinerary which met our requirements. All the information provided before departure was detailed and helpful. Everything ran very smoothly throughout the holiday - was impressed by the efficiency and we had a great guide/driver. Emma followed up shortly after our return to check that we had had a great time and all had gone well.
Did a magnificent fly-drive around Namibia and then a quick extension to Victoria Falls.It was essentially a standard routing that was tailored to our whims. All predeparture arrangements were efficiently and professionally dealt with by an agent who had actually been there ..... made such a difference being able to get first hand knowledge of what the options are.Then when we arrived the local agent was also 100% spot on and totally professional in every way.Namibia is a stunning place (there was a lot of driving but we were expecting that) and would totally recommend it as a destination for those who understand what they will be going to. We have just returned from an amazing, stress free trip to Costa Rica.From the beginning Dawn listened to our ideas and offered first hand advice on where to visit. She gave us the confidence and support which allowed us to really enjoy our first major adventure. No question was too silly for Dawn to answer.Costa Rica is a beautiful country packed full of wildlife to explore. The people are so welcoming and hotels surpassed our dreams. The Costa Rican agents, Swiss Travel, were also exceptional. Transfers were never boring in Costa Rica.Thank you so much
It was our first visit trip Sri Lanka. For us it was a case of venturing into the 'unknown', so we were grateful to have the wonderful support of Rebecca who advised and organised such an incredible trip. Her knowledge of the country is 'second to none', and it is obviously a country she knows and loves so well, so we were fortunate to be able to share some of her experiences.Sri Lanka is such a beautiful and diverse country, with extremely warm and friendly people, whose wishes are to make everyone welcome to their island. The small boutique hotels, the beach resorts, the train trip through the tea plantations , the historic visit to Galle, the street food tour of Kandy and the choice of restaurants were all exceptional.Our driver/guide, Dhammika, was very knowledgeable, informative and also flexible, who looked after us so well ----- a great guy. Such a memorable trip and we would certainly recommend Holiday Architects.
