Waiting 40 min in the office of the agency for her to find the keys of the flat2. She has given me no orientation how to acceess the property resulted In 90 min wandering around to find the building3. Given me wrong code to access the building.4. NO WIFI in the flat as advertised resulting in me not able to work4.Disgusting situation in the flat_ dirty and smelly with human hair on pillows and I the balcony (Please see the attached pictures}4. The bedshits =not fitting the bed and smellyAt present no response from her regarding free wifi not available I. The propertyVery disappointing.Sonya
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding feedback that I have been experiencing for about six months now with Holidu, which unfortunately continues to handle the situation unprofessionally.Specificlly , one feedback for one of my apartments has been mistakenly duplicated and published across three other listings as well, creating confusion and a misleading impression of each individual property. I have reported the issue to Holidu multiple times, but despite promises of action, the problem remains unresolved. It has been ongoing for approximately six months…..
Family with 2 young kids - needed accommodation near Malaga - 1 request, a swimming pool that was open. We thought Holidu, being a non-US company, was worth a try.We messaged Holidu specifically to check before we made a booking - to confirm that the pool was open at this accommodation. This was 7 days before travel.We booked it, and course on arrival the pool had been closed since last year. Kids were pretty upset, so were we - no way we would have booked it without a pool.Owners were very sympathetic and tried to help us - they said they were never asked by Holidu about the pool - it was Holidu who just gave us bad information. Holidu customer services were responsible, they misled us - when I complained they blamed it on me initially! - then blamed it on the owner! Basically it's never their fault - so don't rely on anything they promise to be true. I certainly have finished my customer journey with Holidu. I wouldn't trust what they say. And if its wrong - it's a 'you' problem.
Horrible experience – no customer support and lost deposit!We booked an apartment in Bordeaux through Holidu with friends, and it was a huge disappointment. The apartment looked much worse than in the photos – everything was old, and the place was not properly cleaned.After we checked out, the host decided not to return our €1,500 security deposit, claiming that we broke his table during our stay. Holidu has been absolutely useless in helping us resolve the situation – they do not support their customers, do not investigate the issue properly, and after a month, my money is still not returned.I strongly do not recommend using this service. There is zero protection for customers, and if something goes wrong, you are on your own. Stay away!
When you book you are OBLIGED to pay although Holidu has the right NOT to deliver. Bit strange don't you think?So, or their system doesn't work, or they offer and sell hot air.The reaction below is totally not to the point. So beware.....
