Ordered an infinity cube for my son. It arrived late and not just broken but smashed to pieces - even the polystyrene within the box was in tiny bits! Have not had any response from the company since I wrote to them a week ago explaining the situation and requesting that they take it back and give me a refund or replace it. I wish aid read these reviews before I bought with this company. Don’t make the same mistake! Edit - have been promised a refund. Will report back if it happens..
I ordered two pairs of bookends from Hom & Ember and the products I received are nothing like the ones pictured or described online.They also took over a week to be delivered, which was not explained at the time of purchase, and appear to have been shipped from China when the business appears to be registered in the UK.I do not trust this site and would not buy from them again.
The vases were delivered well packaged and as promised.The vases met my expectations and look great. The product is out of the ordinary, quirky but well made for the price. Overall a very good value for money, well sourced product.
