Review Time
Awful. Simply awful. Both product and delivery time. Ordered item on Dec 9th and arrived Dec 27th despite the website showing a UK address but item is clearly from China. I’ve seen better quality whisky glasses in Tesco in complete honesty. Avoid if you want my advise
1st ordered 2 coffee cups as advertised paid in full, then had email size wrong that was advertised but was offered refund them only 1 coffee cup came 1 single cup only how can they get two things wrong with 1st order WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
Order placed 30/11/25 chased 12/12/25 via email to info@ received a very swift reply stating my parcel had been lost and a new one dispatched. Today tracking says ‘handover to airline-departure from the original airport’. I understand that in this busy period things do get lost, totally understand, what i am angry about is no where on the website does it state that items are dispatched from overseas! Other reviews on here state China!? I would never have ordered from overseas especially for a present at christmas. Clearly at 8.30am on christmas eve the item is not going to make it before the big day and the recipient of this gift will be disappointed. I cant say very poor service, just very very poor and misleading information provided on website as company address states London! Will not be using again.
extremely disappointed with what I've received. Waffle bathrobes are terrible quality, from China, despite costing £35 each. Could have got the same from Shein at 1/3 of the price. I've asked for a refund, so will see what response that gets.
Awful and misleading company. Just received a bath robe I bought as a gift. It’s cheap and all in Chinese on the label. Absolutely does not state this anywhere on their site. No return information or even card in the package- for £39 I literally think it cost like £3 to make. Appalled by this and the will be asking for a refund and taking further action if needed
