I wish I had seen the other reviews earlier. I share the same feedback.This company presents itself and charges as a high-quality UK store, but that is not the reality. The products are shipped from China and the quality is extremely poor. Most items are cheap plastic and nothing like what is shown on the website.The gap between how the brand is positioned and what is delivered is unacceptable. Returns are impractical due to cost, which leaves the customer stuck.I would not recommend buying from this company. It’s a scam.
Terrible company. Ordered back in Dec, told delivery 7-10 days. Looked today and delivery company had not got any notice of shipment. HOW DO GOOGLE LET COMPANIES LIKE THESE KEEP ON ADVERTISING. TO BE FAIR I EVENTUALLY RECEIVED THEM SMASHED TO BITS BUT I HAVE GOT A FULL REFUND FROM THEM
Please do not be fooled by the lovely website! I placed an order on 3rd December for a set of whiskey glasses (£64) for a Christmas gift. By 18th December still not arrived. Eventually arrived on 23rd December - however too late for me to get to recipient for Christmas. You cannot return without e-mailing for a return action number. I have e-mailed 3 times now to try to get one. First time I got a reply saying arrived too late was not an acceptable reason for return but I could keep the glasses and get a 30% discount. I emailed again saying I’d changed my mind (acceptable!) and got a reply saying the uk warehouse could not handle returns at present and I’d have to return to a different country and this would take much longer for refund and I could keep the glasses and get a 60% refund. I have now e-mailed again requesting a return and have had no response and am currently in the process of trying to get a refund through my bank. The glasses themselves are nothing like described on the website. They are cheap and tacky and certainly not crystal . As another reviewer here has pointed out you would get similar on Temu. The website is very misleading- it looks like a uk website but obviously everything is coming from China. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and don’t order!! I wish I’d checked reviews on here first! EDIT 4/1/26: Finally received a refund from the company.
Awful service. Order placed 17th December, have chased multiple times for updates. Have been told order has been ‘lost in transit’ and now need to wait for confirmation of stock availability at their warehouse. Have chased for further update. No response. Will not be ordering from here again.
Cheap Chinese product advertised as a UK company. Overpriced rubbish and the website is completely, and intentionally, misleading. I wanted to use a British company and spent more expecting a well crafted quality made product but got a cheap product sent direct from China. Avoid this company at all costs. Deceitful fraudsters.
