They don't accept my return of a sofa, because the box is missing???well, that's against any kind of EuropeanUnion law/norm and absurd. Now i have endless discussions with them. no fun!but here is the well deserved 1 star review, because saying a return isn't possible when the box is missing is just simply not true and was overruled by plenty of courts across the european union. it's not even up for debate!
I'm eligible for BTW refund and I need Dutch invoice with Dutch BTW number... I thought I'm buying from Dutch company as indicate by its name: HomeDeco.nl... however, first of all I did not get any invoice from them... secondly - when I requested the invoice, I've got one from... Estonian company with Estonian VAT number... As this wouldn't work for me, I asked HomeDeco again if they could send me a Dutch invoice as I have purchased my stuff from the Dutch company... They responded, that they cannot as I have purchased my stuff from a company located in .... Belgium (???).So I asked them how does it make any sense that I have purchased my stuff from a Dutch company, but apparently I've got it from Belgian company, while the invoice came from Estonian company??? No answer yet...To conclude: it looks like this is just a network of middleman companies and I assume it might be difficult to have things done in regards to a guarantee, return, etc...I do not recommend this company.
I am really not happy of the service, I ordered different items, the first order, I receive instead of five boxes of 12 candles, I received just 5 candles packaged separately, second items of the same order I ordered three candles and I received one, third item of the orders GLS told me that They came two times to deliver, nobody answers and there is always someone at the office! A problem with every item is just making me tired and upset!really bad dispatching and delays
Mon colis n'est jamais arrivé malgré un mail de PostNL affirmant qu'ils l'ont livré. J'étais chez moi toute la journée et personne n'est venu. Home Deco ne veut rien entendre et me répond juste que le colis a été livré... Ils ne me donnent aucune information valable ou proposition. Ils sont injoignables au téléphone, ils vous mettent sur liste d'attente et la ligne se coupe toute seule "pour éviter un temps d'attente trop long". Bref, le service après vente est déplorable. J'ai perdu 200€ et j'imagine que je ne les reverrai pas.My package was never delivered. I have received an email from PostNL saying my package was delivered but I was home all day long and no one show up. Home Deco is only answering me that PostNL says that my package has arrived. They don't give us any solution or valuable information regarding my order. They are impossible to join on the phone, they put you on a waiting list and then the call cuts itself "to avoid too much waiting time".In short, the after-sales service is pitiful. I lost 200€ witch I guess I will never retrieve.
