Did a Google Search and found my name still listed as an owner, on the property I sold. I sold the property in 2021 and the listing said my husband and I still owned it. I reached out to them and they advised that I needed proof, which I sent to them. I was advised that they would be sending the information to the appropriate department. Weeks went by and the listing was still showing my husband and I as the owner. We had to go through Google to get it removed. They never followed up with me again and just ghosted me. This company is really shady
I have requested numerous times, for someone to explain and justify how they came up with my cost of $800 per month. No one will contact me. My rep is responsive, but always says his director will reach out to me, but has left, had a lot of meetings, etc. I have requested a reduction in my monthly fee, in order to stay on board. I have not had one lead come to fruition. The small number of favorites vs a very high number of "views" is laughable and tells me their "views" are not legit. When I signed on, I did not have a high volume of listings. I was buyer-heavy. They claim my rate is based on volume, but I know a lot of agents with much higher listing volume than myself who are paying considerably less. This platform won't last if they continue to screw their agents over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SIGNING ON WITH THEM. YOU GET THE SAME THING WITH A FREE ACCOUNT. NOT WORTH A PENNY!
Please - Do not buy a home from this poor quality builder who has no industry standards and workmanship. We have seen from experience as they have built across from our property, using there own personal home inspection to tick it off- then a new owner organised an individual inspection- wow two pages of stuff ups. DON’T BUY
They richly deserve zero stars. Against my better judgement and experience from the past I agreed to a negotiated trial for 6 months at $175 per month (much less than their original request) as the rep assured that Costar bought homes.com and things had changed drastically. They have not. Homes.com delivered only scam leads. Not a single potentially good lead. When I asked to be released from contract the generously terminated at full term. Don’t waste a single dime on this company.
They are dirty scammers. They called me and wouldn't say anything. When I called the number back, they said hold for an agent. It called another homeowner as if I was an agent. I have never listed my home, or even have intentions, to list or sell my phone. They are crooked and dirty.
Whoever in the homes.com business that hired the actor/actress to be in the commercials should be fired. Horrible representation of the company. They can not be taken serious. It turned me off. And I am in need to find someone one to sell my home. BUT will definitely stay away from this company due to the silliness of the actor/actress in the commercials.
What a scam. Agents do not pay them! They lie and then you can not cancel. I am talking with my attorney now. They have completely misinformed me from the start and my info on line is not even correct. They are scum. I am a Broker in my area and I plan to warn every single agent from New Orleans to Baton Rouge.
