My robot hover didn’t work and was a faff trying to call their customer service and then 3rd party who deals with it have to send it back and buy another not given option to have a replacement sent where you emailedAnd wait 3 days for them to come back. So then have to wait for my refund before then can get a replacement. Will look at other brands as thought buying direct from Hoover would have had better customer service experience than this. After spending £400 on this too expected it to work and not wait to get a response to then be able to get a response and ticket to drop off to Evri myself to return it!
The Hoover arrived promptly and well packaged once it was back in stock. First Impressions: - It is a bit heaver then my aging Dyson.The build quality looks and feels very good.The instruction needs improving; I am technically literate, but we struggled to decipher the supplied instructions. I searched the internet, but nothing was available. A QR code linking to a product demonstration would be good.Using the HF610HBIt is a big improvement on our old vacuum, the three speeds available cater for many cleaning tasks.The automatic hard floor/ carpet detector is excellent.The amount of extra dust picked up from our bedroom carpet was a big surprise; and that was on the lowest setting.Overall, we are very impressed so far; we just need to find out where to register the warranty as the address is not on the card!
