Review Time
Pretty much disaster from beginning to end. We ordered a new machine for my father-in-law on 3rd August.. yet no information. After several days we were told it was out of stock and shouldn't have been online. They agreed to upgrade to the next model. The machine was simply dropped off on the 21st August, despite an email from Hoover saying it would be installed and the old one taken away. One star is one too many - take your business elsewhere and find a company that isn't a total shambles.
