staff in my local store are lovely - I now have my favourite hot chocolate flavours especially the 100% dark and my daughter loves pumpkin spice - I usually buy when there are special offers as its more economical but I would still buy at full price if necessary as the taste is real chocolate
was a treat for the wife mrs was really excited and was home waiting for the package to be delivered only to be told been left at back door ( we live in and estate were we have an alley way with a locked gate so can’t get near the back door ?) when wife went out nothing left at back door or back gate were i’m assuming the driver left it 😳😩 so now have to wait 72 hours for a reply gutted to say the least
Chocolates were lovely as usual. However I was very annoyed that this being my first online order and having paid extra for delivery specifically on the Wednesday the package was not delivered until Thursday. Luckily we had just arrived home when the van arrived.
Haven’t tasted any of the products yet, but the ordering, and subsequent delivery, of the goods was plain sailing. Have always really enjoyed Hotel Chocolat chocolates, in the past, and never had an issue with them at all. Amongst my top favourite chocolates!Jayne Grant
