was a treat for the wife mrs was really excited and was home waiting for the package to be delivered only to be told been left at back door ( we live in and estate were we have an alley way with a locked gate so can’t get near the back door ?) when wife went out nothing left at back door or back gate were i’m assuming the driver left it 😳😩 so now have to wait 72 hours for a reply gutted to say the least
Chocolates were lovely as usual. However I was very annoyed that this being my first online order and having paid extra for delivery specifically on the Wednesday the package was not delivered until Thursday. Luckily we had just arrived home when the van arrived.
I bought the ‘Simply Thanks’ ‘H’ box, which included a free, personalised message as a thank you to some deserving people.The amazing chocolates arrived in a lovely “Simply Thanks” sleeve with a personalised message card.It is the perfect gift and arrived exactly as promised.
The chocolates are great but the package was left outside the porch door which is always open and I left a message to leave in the porch. Anyone could have picked it up and if it had rained which was expeced it would have been soaked as it was a cardboard box
