Review Time
Lovely as usual, ordered Advent Calendar for Two (saves arguments - about who's day it is!) alongside a box of luxury Turkish Delight saved ready for Christmas and the Hot Chocolate Salted Caramel sachets. Getting ready early - to avoid disappointments. Items very well packed too.
Our regular box was delivered after 6pm last night. We didn't hear either the doorbell or anyone knock. We discovered the box outside the front door this morning. The outer cardboard box was soaking. Fortunately, the inside plastic packaging had sealed the goodies and all was redeemed, but it was a close call. I believed the box to be letterbox dimensions and am sure it's been posted through the door previously?
Parcel has not been delivered to my address.Where is it?This has happened on the last 2 deliveries from Hotel Chocolat. Chocolates are great but delivery service is crap!!!You need to get Amazon Delivery to find my parcel and delivery it to my address!!
Love hotel chocolat. Been buying from them for years always get there advents that are out of this world . We had a house fire and lost everything, one of the 1st things I brought to replace (after essentials) was the new velvitiser. The only little gripe I have is they never send e a treat for my birthday in all the years .
Received everything I wanted and the delivery was super quick, packaged beautiful and very happy with the VIP20% extra which enabled me to purchase all my Christmas chocolates and drinking chocolate now instead of waiting until later.
