I was very happy to have received my goods safe and sound. They were delivered to my front porch carefully and in good order, they were well packaged and I was happy to receive them in a timeframe given I’m a very happy customer and definitely will be going back five stars to all rounds efficient
I have ordered an Advent Calendar for two. Obviously it’s only October so I haven’t opened it yet - tempting though it is!! I know it will be delish as I love Hotel Chocolat chocolates. 😋 I also ordered some Halloween Grim Treaters which I can’t wait to eat. The packaging was great and the delivery simple as my husband was working in the garden.
The chocolates arrived in pristine condition and were beautifully presented. I know from experience they will be as delicious as always. My only disappointment was the delivery: they were sent via Amazon, which meant I had to wait in until 4pm for them to arrive. If they had been sent with Royal Mail, I believe they would have reached me much earlier in the day.
Easy website to negotiate and easy to pick from ! Fast delivery and great packaging! I’d purchased a new velvetiser to upgrade my other and ordered some more of the cold mixes on line and also got my free biscuits ! Ordered on Saturday and here today !! Very good Thankyou will be back
I have used Hotel Chocolate Online many times. my review is one star short of excellent because I find using the address book clunky. It just needs a simple drop down box from a blank field (not one populated with my address - which should also be in the address book, asking me to Edit). However, choccies always delicious and delivered as requested.
