Obiviously these are expensive-14 chocolates for £17.99!😭😭😭Overall a disappointing purchase with pecan praline featuring in 35% of them killing the flavour they should be😭😭Only a very small number actually tasted like the description Far more flavoursome chocolates out there as a lot less money Will not buy again😭😭
What can I say another great experience shopping with Hotel Chocolat. Absolutely spoilt for choice it would be nice to see a few more nut free fruity centred chocolates, or a Turkish delight hot chocolate option. Very fast delivery, order actually arrived a day early. I definitely recommend shopping here but be prepared to shop here for life as some of these chocolates are too good to order just once.
I paid extra for a specific delivery date. I received confirmation email and an email to say it was out for delivery. No other communication until I checked and the update was delivery will be the next day. Too late !I have lost out on delayed items and the extra money I paid for specific day of delivery. This never happened with RM and if it was Amazon’s own product I bet it wouldn’t have happened. Disappointed!
I was very happy with the box of chocolates which I buy regularly and always enjoy. However, it was delivered by Amazon and left on the front doorstep in the sun. Their usual drop and run delivery. Luckily we were at home so brought them in straight away. If they had been damaged by the sun I imagine we would have great difficulty getting any recompense.
Excellent service and products as always, my new Velvetiser arrived last week before my expected time, and I love it. I then my ordered my complimentary biscuits along with my absolute favourite Black Forest sachets so that I’m well stocked for dark winter nights, all delivered well packed and on time. Thank you everyone concerned with my order.
Just received my new velvetiser (loving the hot & cold chocolate) worn my old one out !! So pleased it gave up the ghost as the new one came out !! Registered & got my box of biscuits, bigger box than last time I registered (well worth doing !!) the groves inside aren’t as easy to keep it clean, old one was smooth! But I can live with it for the pleasure I get ! Arrived two days post release date ! Very happy !!
