Hotel Chocolet's chocolate sachets are simple to use with a velvetiser and simply delicious to drink. Heated to a comfortable heat for sipping. The best hot chocolate drink that I have tasted. Lots of different flavours to choose from also. My favourite is the 85%
Placed an order for chocolate latte received a box that said so but inside was mocha latte . Spoke to customer service not very helpful at all apparently they no longer make the one I wanted the contents were replaced with a different one . New user not impressed at all with your customer service who seemed half asleep on phone
Chocolates ordered for my wife's birthday. I asked to be delivered the day before, but received 5 days early, which spoilt the surprise. Chocolates also left outside the house, rather than put inside the porch, so lucky it didn't rain, or were stolen.
Jenson, at the new flagship velvetiser cafe store in Manchester city centre was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his product knowledge was excellent. Just wanted to give him a shout out and say thankyou for an excellent shopping experience. 😊
I was not bothered how long it takes to deliver as long as they turn up-bang on my birthday ( yesterday) -can’t ask for more?!!!Love that chocolate and is a real treat to have some now and again , delivered as I live over 30 miles from the nearest Hotel shop. All was great and, yes, I still have some left( only just).
Happy with the quality of the products. They taste lovely and make me feel like I am treating myself to every hot chocolate. I just wished you could do customisable packs of hot chocolate.Staff at shop was also lovely and really polite.
