Had no idea Amazon would be delivering. Cheapens what purports to be a 'luxury' and ethically sourced business. Appalling service, not delivered at just after 4.30 on day due. Saying could not find address when very obvious. Delivered following day. Will never buy from Hotel Chocolat again.
Poor communication. Ordered click and collect, of which it is implied that on the Hotel Chocolat website is a fast service. This isn't the case at all. The click and collect was first dispatched to my home address for some reason, then back to Euston. I am now waiting for a refund as I was unable to collect my order. Disappointing experience.
Used a birthday voucher last week and purchased the strawberries and cream puddles buttons - Service was pretty decent but the product very underwhelming, quite horrible really… they taste like soap so it’s a shame that’s gone to waste. You also had to spend money in order to use the voucher as it was only applicable to products that were no less than £5.50… not good.
