Happy with the quality of the products

Happy with the quality of the products. They taste lovely and make me feel like I am treating myself to every hot chocolate. I just wished you could do customisable packs of hot chocolate.Staff at shop was also lovely and really polite.

Season's Greetings

I'm sure the chocolates will be wonderful, but when I ordered some birthday chocolates for my wife I expected the sleeve to say "Happy Birthday" not "Happy Anniversary". Still, the little booklet said happy birthday so at least I can show her that it wasn't my fault and I haven't got the date of our anniversary wrong.

Yet again used a different delivery service and why does it take 3 days to pack a box that is on a preorder and then 3 days to deliver

Hot Chocolate products delicious as always

The Hot Chocolate products I bought are delicious as always - my favourites are the Ginger and the Chilli Hot Chocolates. I also add some raw cacao when I make it as that gives me an even greater chocolate hit without more sugar!However I marked it as a 4 as the buying and delivery process do not match the quality of the products. I find it frustrating when products are out of stock; instead of showing on the online ordering site as Out of Stock, as you would expect, they are not even listed. Then I don't know if it's discontinued or just out of stock, and if out of stock it would be useful to be able to have an email notification when they are back in stock, please.

Delivery times are poor

I really like Hotel Chocolat, but the standard delivery of 3-5 days is far too slow in this modern world. I've just paid another £1 for next day. Disappointing that you have not kept up with other businesses on this.

I’ve just bought the new velvetiser…

I’ve just bought the new velvetiser (that does both hot and cold drinks) to replace my previous one that does just hot. Both create very nice drinks. My inner child is happy! My only criticisms are that a gentle noise when it finishes would be helpful and a clearer line for the levels are needed. It came with new flavours to try. I was desperate to try the creme brûlée, expecting a vanilla custard type taste. It’s was very disappointing and almost tasteless. This was heartbreaking. Also registered the machine and you are meant to get free dipping biscuits. However from chat on social media it seems you don’t get this if you’re an existing customer. Disappointing.

Expensive but absolute 100% quality

Expensive but absolute 100% quality. I’ll be back for more. Somethings just have to be done and I’ve made it my ambition to get that bumper 3 tier box at some point in the near future.

The new Velvetiser

The new Velvetiser arrived well packaged and on time. Tried the salted caramel hot after following instructions to clean first and all good like original. Yet to get the biscuits to enhance experience.

I recently received choc drink which I refused

I recently received choc drink which it was supposed to have been cancelled as out of stock .It then arrived and even though I requested it not be sent with customer services they still charged me £30 an sent it anyway. Not happy as not listening to me. I now have 8 boxes of chilli choc to drink.
