Package was left outside of porch door, in FULL SUN. luckily was found before damage to product.

Delivery was dreadful-the box clearly…

Delivery was dreadful-the box clearly stated do not leave in direct sunlight and the package was left on my doorstep in a south facing position. Ridiculous. The driver just rang the doorbell and left the package without checking anyone was home.

Hopeless Systemnterest

I have little interest in computers etc. Surely to order product to be sent to someone in the post should be very straightforward and just like form filling and continuation from beginning to end seamless. Poor system for us computer idiots.

Ordered chocolates for a friend’s birthday. Paid extra for next day delivery and they didn’t arrive. Amazon are hopeless, and not reliable, they should be using Royal Mail !! Very disappointed.

Just ignore my instructions then!

Asked to put in the parcel box just inside my garden gate, yet they left it with a neighbour who I don't even know yet. Whats the point of letting people leave instructions if they're going to be ignored!
