I ordered the Happy Birthday box for my friend as I know she is a big fan. Unfortunately, the box is so damaged, I feel embarrassed to give it to her. Not what I expected from Hotel Chocolat and I will not be using their delivery service again
Why oh why do you use Amazon to deliver your products! You are a quality company and Amazon are not a good delivery service! Today they left my parcel on a stone wall in full sun ( on one of the hottest days of the year) whilst I was at work. Consequently when I returned some of the chocolate had started to melt!!
I have a subscription with them. There chocolate is to die for. My special treat I have there drinking chocolate. I went on there site beginning in May it’s easy enough yo change a flavour so I just wasn’t myself this day. So I phoned ip to speak to them as I also wanted some chocolates as well, o had a E voucher that’s was mainly my problem, I wasn’t to sure I had done everything properly. I got one of the best customer service agents I have ever been in touch with not just on Hotel chocolate I mean every her name was Alice. Not only do I advice every one to try hotel chocolate just remember if you. Need customer services and you get Alice you will be in fantastic hands she sorted things out for me I’m no time. Thank you Alice. So very much. One up for Hotel chocolate the most beautiful chocolate I have ever tasted, give it a try you really do not know how gorgousr it is. Alice if you read this thank you very much
Ordering process was fine, no issue with that. Delivery process or rather the courier needs some improvement. My box of chocolates were delivered, left on the front porch in full sunlight and it was 26°, not ideal for chocolate! They didn't even ring the doorbell.
Ok except came by Amazon delivery again not royal mail who called as couldn't find the business again which any other delivery driver can find had to walk out of work to collect it.nice drivers though who did apologise, was a very hot day chocolate looks fine
