Awesome chocolates just let down by delivery as many things are. The company usually Royal Mail delivers all day so no time slot to choose from. Always a smile but that's not the point. Complained before had a standard email back-not good
Hello, just to say i love the caffe mocha lattes and changed my order to 3 boxes a month.However slightly disappointed to receive 2 boxes have been delivered and as i pressed on my account on the photo of said coffee, it states no longer available! Is this temporary or permanant please?
Be careful if you order online. I ordered 12 bottles of salted caramel cocoa liquor to be picked up in Edinburgh St. James Crescent. When I picked it up May 3rd it was in a large, sealed box which certainly looked like it held 12 bottle. When I got home from Holiday and opened it, there was one small box of 6 bottles; not the 12 I ordered. Since I don't live in the UK, I cannot have the other 6 bottles shipped.
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent transaction at Victoria Station branch. On 3 May, at approximately 5:26pm, I made a purchase for £29.95. I have since discovered that my card was charged twice for this amount: the initial transaction at 5:26pm, and a second, unauthorized charge at 1:00am the same day.This situation is both confusing and distressing, and I am deeply concerned that my card details were used without my consent during the early hours of the morning. I kindly request that you investigate this issue as a matter of urgency and provide an explanation for the duplicate charge. Furthermore, I am concerned that other customers may have experienced similar issues without their knowledge.There is no email address or sn active live chat available, despite the website indicating otherwise, which has been a significant disappointment so far.
Delivery time not advised until last minute. Was away, still am. Couldn’t contact Amazon to advise of fact. My email wasn’t recognized as owner of package on tracking website and no other way of contacting anyone was available.Driver has left message stating parcel left by wheelie bin. This is FOOD STUFF.Subscription lasts another 2 deliveries. Won’t be renewing this again!!!My home camera didn’t even pick up proof that driver knocked on front door.
For Easter I sent my son a care package from Hotel Chocolat (he is going to school in Leeds, UK & I live in the USA) and, unfortunately, the chocolate City Easter Bunny was crushed to pieces when it arrived with the shipping box in fine shape. So I wrote a review, not a terrible review, but not a 5-star review either, and a representative of Hotel Chocolat contacted me about it - - they were so nice and after a few exchanges by email, THEY DID RIGHT BY ME! They sent me a gift card that more than covered the price of the bunny! And more than that, it's not something that will expire in a few months, I have 2 years to use it!The bunny was, of course, still edible (as my son noted, it still tasted great 🙄😏😂) but Hotel Chocolat made their customer, who couldn't exactly come into the store, as I'm in a different country, happy - - plus a return customer to boot! Not only is their product fabulous, their customer service is fantastic!
