We had a very disappointing experience purchasing our Hyundai from this dealership. In Croydon branch During the visit, we were shown a car in the showroom with fully automatic seats. We asked several times for a test drive, but our requests were ignored. On the delivery day, we were given a different car where the seats were not automatic. Because we trusted the salesperson, we signed the paperwork before realizing the difference.
This is especially difficult for us because we have physical mobility issues and automatic seats are important for accessibility. When we raised our concern, we were told nothing could be done because we had already signed. Even our request for help installing an adjustment device was ignored.
We also contacted head office but received no support. Overall, we feel misled and very disappointed with both the service and the lack of care for customers.

Failed door actuator on the front passenger side. This is a common problem in Hyundai cars going back at least a decade. This represents a potentially serious saftey issue that Hyundai clearly have not taken action on but will also deny that it is a known problem. HYUNDAI CARS ARE NOT SAFE, HYUNDAI KNOWS THE PROBLEM EXISTS YET DENIES AND HAS NOT RECTIFIED.

Extremely Disappointing Service Experience

I had my vehicle recovered through the support service due to a complete electrical failure. After an entire week, no one has even assessed the car, and my formal complaint sent through the official channels has gone unanswered. For a car this new and costly, this level of service is utterly unacceptable. The support team also provided me with a petrol manual loaner that achieves around 20 mpg—nothing close to the EV I’m paying for, and it’s not even automatic. This is meant to be the premium support associated with the vehicle, yet my experience has been the exact opposite. At this point, the company has displayed no urgency, no communication, and no accountability. Based on my experience thus far, I cannot recommend them to anyone considering one of their electric vehicles.

2024 Ionic 6 ICCU issue, poor service and support

I had my vehicle recovered due to a total electrical failure after only 15k miles. After a week, no one had even inspected the car, and my formal complaint went unanswered. For a new and expensive vehicle, this service is unacceptable. The loaner provided was a petrol model with poor mileage, completely different from the EV I paid for, and it wasn't even automatic. This is supposed to be premium support, yet the experience has been the opposite. There has been no urgency, communication, or accountability from the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone considering their EVs.

If possible, I would give zero stars

If I could, I would rate them zero stars. I have an issue with the infotainment screen, and the company refuses to fix it under warranty, blaming me for the problem despite clear internal issues. The dealership acknowledged a batch of faulty screens, but the company denies it. Disgraceful!

Selling defective vehicle that needs repairs

I purchased a vehicle that required nearly six weeks off the road for repairs within four months due to charging issues. The dealership's service was poor and their attitude unhelpful. After receiving the car back in under a week, the same problem persisted. The vehicle has now been replaced, but with less than 3000 miles, the front tyres are almost worn out, and steering is terrible. There are never any temp cars available from the dealership. I would rate them zero stars if possible.

Somewhat satisfactory experience

They are acceptable; my father ordered a petrol leaf blower that stopped working. When he contacted them, they provided irrelevant information and sent a video of a different model working well. They returned the blower, which wasn't even the correct one, but it worked fine. Overall, they are a decent company, but their customer service is lacking.

The vehicle is disappointing

The gearbox is poorly made, and the engine consumes more oil than expected. Driving it is dull and unexciting. It's destined for scrapping due to a costly gearbox replacement and is only a few years old with under 90k miles. I won't consider this brand again.

Never again with this brand

My vehicle broke down and has been at the dealership for weeks. They took two weeks just to diagnose the issue, and then another two weeks for warranty approval. I was told parts were ordered, but now they're on backorder until January, leaving me without a car for months. The courtesy vehicle provided is not comparable to what I paid for. Their lack of urgency and communication is unacceptable. My first experience with this brand will be my last.
