Review Time
Each time I renew my contract, I get the same great service and there is no pressure selling. I have had at least 3 new contracts over the years and each time the cost has fallen for the same service. I recommend ID mobile to all my family when they are due a renewal. So far everyone who has swopped has ended up with a lower bill. I cannot fault them.
Tried to identify , why I get two monthly charges from ID. Could not find a way to talk to a live person .The online chat just tried to sell me a new contract.I suspect that I may now get charged three times a month.It may be that the only way to fix the problem, is to cancel all ID payments and move to a new provider.The phone provision is fine but the admin is rubbish.
Once you're up and running it's great. You can access virtually any asked question on ID community pages. There are often great offers available, different plans, upgrades and the huge savings available. Also, the price and data rates are incredible, not forgetting the massive range of places covered by the data roaming aspect. Excellent value all round.
The whole experience very frustrating and time consuming. ID provide a very good service at a reasonable rate WHEN you actually get to what you want. However getting there is difficult in the extreme with no simple access to speak to a human being and being constantly directed to a plethora of different websites or standard questions/answers.
CRAP!! AVOID The customer service team have ZERO knowledge! Will do anything to get you off the online chat. My eSIM was erased so requested a new one... 1 hr later (the security questions took 15mins) I was told it would be emailed, after sending selfies with my passport ect. I said I don't want to close the chat till I received the email but was told it could take 30mins. So 4 hours later I'm back on the chat with you guessed it no email. I'm now told (after passing security again) I can't have an eSIM and need to go to curry's to pick one up or wait 3 days for one in the post. And this is what frustrated me the most, I'd just been to curry's and was back home!!! ARGHH so I'm now waiting 3 days for a new one. I bought this phone 2 weeks ago and still can't use it 😆 stick with a reputable company!! Instead of trying to save a few quid it's only cost me for something I can't use. Made me not even want the phone
